Was not impressed. The exam room appeared dirty, the wallpaper was torn and peeling. While there was no dust the cart, it looked old and stained. He cut my toenails and cut my big toe causing bleeding. He seemed annoyed with any questions that I asked. Worst Dr experience. I had to wait an hour to see him. The only plus was his office staff was very friendly. Do not recommend

How do you mistake tendinitis for 2 fractures in your ankle and heel. Awful, told me I had to miss 8 weeks of work . Got a second opinion from Med Express and they told me I had no fractures YES MED EXPRESS! Went back to foot SPECIALIST in same group and they once again told me I had a fracture and to stay off inflammation pills. Inflammation pills apparently stop or delay the healing process of fractured bones.Asked for an MRI because of what MED EXSPESS said before I left. After four weeks of missed work and being in a boot the MRI came in and I once again went back to Dr. Thomas to be told that I didn't need to miss any work because I have no fractures and just tendinitis. Three years of lasers , fungifoam, and nail fungicide and my toe is still the same. When I asked for my money back. He said I needed Lamisil a prescription drug that is hard on your liver. I refused Lamisil at my first visit. I am out the initial 400.00 for the laser treatments and numerous 40.00 visits to thin out the thickened nail. Wouldn't even put a star but it wouldn't let me leave a review if I didn't. Seen Dr Snyder because I had pain in my heel area. Said I a had two fractures then stuck me in a boot. Said I couldn't work for 8 weeks. Almost had a heart attack. I'm paycheck to paycheck. Hurt even worse with boot on so I went to med express they took X-ray and said I have no fracture. Made an appointment with Dr Snyder again but he wasn't available so I seen Dr Thomas from same group nice lady but she also said I had a fracture and to stay off imflamation pills because they delay the bone to heal. I requested an MRI and left with a boot. Missed 4 weeks of work before the MRI was approved. Went back to be told I have tendinitis and didn't need to miss any work. My new foot Dr told me the tight boot and no imflatiom pills we're causing more pain and I should have been on imflamation pills the whole time. Personally I feel I should be reimbursed the money that I missed from not working. If Mr. Snyder reads this I missed making close to $4000 because of my fracture. NOT! Just had a great experience with Dr. Brown. Personable, thorough, effective. What more can you ask?

Came in with left and right foot pain. Was told I had 2 fractures in left foot and had to miss 8 weeks of work. Two days later it hurt worse in the boot so I went to Med express for 2nd opinion. They told me I had no fractures. Called back the next day and went to see another Dr in same group and was told I had to stay off imflamation pills because it stops the healing process of the bone. Asked for an MRI before I left because of what Med express said. 4 weeks later I had tendintous after MRI .

I went to Dr. Snyder for Planar Fasciitis that I'd let go for a number of months. Within a few visits including shots, a brace, then finally custom molded inserts I've been pain free for over a year. I'd recommend him to anyone.

I came to Dr. Snyder with thick toenails (fungus). He recommended Fungifoam. His whole office was plastered with posters for this product. Several months later, my toenails are about twice as thick as they were before. He is just a shill for a product that doesn't work. $100 down the drain.

Dr Snyder and staff are great! Dr John did 3 surgeries on my feet with great results. All you have to do is listen to him and your results will be everything you wanted.

I would definitely recommend him I am a hairdresser I stand on my feet he gave me two shots of Cortizone and maybe a custom orthotic and I am totally pain-free. And it did not hurt at all when he gave me the shots so yes he is wonderful I truly recommend Him.

i had toe nail fungus & he did laser on them. My toenails are ruined. I never had ingrown toenails before & so far I had 2 in the past year. My toenails look horrible...almost like they were burned. I can't wear sandals anymore because I am so embarrassed.
