I am VERY happy with Dr. Sheets’ compassion and professionalism throughout this whole experience, as well as his assisting staff and nurses. I would definitely recommend them for any oral surgeries you may need.

Unfortunately my dentist told me I needed all 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out and Dr Sheets was one of the doctors they recommended.... we made an appointment, and went in for my first appointment to get an idea of what would happen and the cost. The whole time the staff and Dr Sheets was super kind. They explained everything and answered all my questions! Surgery day came and I was beyond scared. I had never had a surgery before and I was terrified of the thought to be put under. The fabulous nurse that did my IV kept reassuring me I would be fine and made it a 20X better experience. Dr Sheets came in, friendly as could be and did the surgery. I had an extreme headache a couple days later and they got me in right away to check out what was happening. They figured it out and now I'm pain free! The staff truly does care here and I would for sure recommend seeing them! I scheduled my husband's consultation appt with Dr. Sheets in February. The soonest to get in was the beginning of April. We were told to arrive a few minutes early for paperwork. We arrived at 9:15 to fill out paperwork. His appointment was at 9:30. Since we drove an hour to see Dr. Sheets, my husband also had another doctor appointment at 11. It wasn't until 10:45 that my husband was finally called back after telling 2 nurses that he had another appt at 11. Once Dr. Sheets arrived, he was rude, condescending, questioning my husband's other doctor for running genetic testing, and took a phone call during the visit. Once he finished his call, he came back in and we had to inform him he had 3 minutes before we had to leave for the other appt. He got flustered, said since we were under a time crunch, he couldn't look at his tooth properly and ushered us out the door. Not once did we get an apology for being over an hour late and it was beyond rude to take a phone call when it was finally our turn to see Dr. Sheets. We will never go back to him. I'm sorry to those who had a bad experience with Dr. Sheets because no one should have a bad experience with any medical professional. I'm fortunate to say I had a great visit with Dr. Sheets On 5-1-17 I was referred to Dr. Sheets by Dr. Ruopp due to an extraction that was botched by another location. He was so kind and got me an appt with his staff the very next day. I was simply terrified due to the very horrible experience from the dentist who did the initial extraction (not dr sheets nor dr ruopp). The fear had me in tears and shaking to my core. Upon arriving at Dr. Sheets office, I was pleasantly greeted by his awesome staff (such fabulous women). They assured me every thing would be ok, they went over what generally happens, the financial side and the aftercare portions. Dr.Sheet was not pushy, he knew my fears and did his very best to make sure I was calm, in the best of health and ok with what was about to happen before he even attempted ANYTHING. I'm so truly grateful for that part because Dr #1 was the total opposite. So a huge thank you to Dr.Sheets and his staff for amazing care, especially when it came to my fears of being put under.
