Very Professional

Very timely, great doctor/patient manner, very good diagnosis and predicted outcome. Very helpful with prescription options without prescription insurance coverage. Thank you all!

Appreciated the insights on why a soft corn developed because of bad toenail and toe box of Vans shoes too small, and the recommendation to purchase new brand of walking shoes.

Thank you Dr.Senatore for taking care of my foot pain and directing me to the Running Store my slides are so comfortable on my feet. The staff you get five stars to for your professionalism thank you all.

Dr. Senatore is simply the best. He is extremely competent. And, he is a kind and caring doctor.

It’s always great to see Dr. Senatore. I didn’t even have to wait, in and out. Very professional and a pleasure.

Dr. Senatore and the staff in the front office are AMAZING! Mrs. Stacy was able to squeeze me in for an appointment, and she was so friendly. Dr. Senatore is caring, he listens to your issues, and he is so knowledgeable. I am truly appreciative of Union Podiatry!

It was my first visit with Dr. Senatore, he was super kind and took the time to listen about the symptoms I was having. Staff is sweet and aided me since I am hurt, truly grateful.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Senatore and it was great. From the nursing staff and front desk staff to Dr. Senatore. All around, great service and care. I know he will take care of my feet to get me back to running or at least a slight jog.

Dr. Senatore and all he's staff is very pleasant and accommodating. I look forward to seeing them. Dr. Senatore explain the importance of watching what shoes to buy and really keep my toes trimmed so I can walk a little better. They are wonderful.

Dr. Senatore was very kind, friendly and efficient with my son’s care. His staff was able to schedule us in on very short notice, for an urgent visit. We have seen him previously at his Towson office, as well, and are very happy with the care provided!

Dr. Senatore is patient and knowledgeable. I had an emergency appointment and was seen in a timely manner. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a Great podiatrist.

I have been a patient of Dr. Senatore since I was a resident at Union Memorial in 1986. Since that time he been having orthotics made for me. He is now using state of the art electronic scanning so that casts no longer have to be made. He is personable. My experience with this practice was very positive. The staff were kind & efficient, and I was seen quickly. Dr. Senatore was knowledgeable & personable and worked with me to develop a plan to address my foot problem. I would definitely recommend Dr. Senatore and staff.

You know you’re in good hands when you doctor actually listens to you.

I found the staff to be professional, and polite. Dr. Senatore is very personable, reassuring with excellent command of the specialty. His diagnosis and eventual treatment was right on point. I am a union podiatry patient for life!

Excellent experience. Great front office. Dr. Senatore is knowledgeable and patient, making sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. I went to him because I am training for my next marathon and he is a runner too. Highly recommended.

Doctor Senators and his staff is always cordial and empathetic. He is always available for your questions and concerns.

I was having problems with my foot, I’v been limping. Dr. Senator has helped a lot. Dr Senator told me where to get some shoes that would help while I was at home. The whole place was vary nice.

I have been coming to Dr. Senatore since March of 2006. He is an honest patient Dr, while you’re in his office he and Yolanda treat you like a human being, not like other drs. I’ve had (assembly line). I have referred anyone I know that has any kind of issues with their feet to go to see him ASAP. Dr Senatore is very personable and knowledgeable doctor. He gave sage advice without making you appear to be an idiot. I have already passed his information to a family member.

I have been with Dr Senatore for probably 20 years and I've had several surgeries, just had another today. I talked to him this summer about the problem with my toe and he said he could remedy for pain and fix the problem. It was so long ago I really forgot all that he told me but I went forward with the surgery anyway because I was confident that he would do the right thing and I trust him. He's very personable, competent, easy to talk to, and will explain things clearly for his patient. Very good doctor didn't feel rushed listens to all the issues you have with your feet. I highly recommend him for your foot issues. Will keep him as my foot doctor

My experience with the staff has been disappointing. They forgot to submit a prior authorization, which they realized when I called them a month later after no notice. In-person staff was belittling when I asked questions, and I was hung up on through the phone.

Dr. Senatore goes above and beyond. He makes you feel so comfortable and secure with a treatment plan. I am so happy I found him!!

Quick and dismissive evaluation, not impressed

Well, I had a very pleasant experience on my first visit to Dr. Senatore's office. I had an appointment with my primary doctor and I told him about the pain i was experiencing in my feet. He recommended that I call and make an appointment with Dr. Senatore. Since, I was already there, I decided to walk to his office. I asked if the doctor was in and if there was any way to be seen that day and immediately. I was so relieved when I was seen less than 10 minutes later. I was treated and my feet felt a hell of a lot better before I even left his office. As far as the front desk staff, just be nice and patient. Dr. Senatore speaks in a language that the patient can understand. He is very kind, and knowledgeable but will give you his opinion without "sugar coating". I am overdue for a visit but will schedule very soon. I highly recommend him.

Dr Senatore’s knowledge and care freed me from excruciating heel pain due to overuse and flat shoes. I would recommend him to any family member or friend.

I always recommend a runner with an injury to only go to a doc who is a runner. Dr Senatore understands the importance of running and was able to get me back on the road very quickly.

Wow!! What a rude receptionist! BAD ENERGY DOES NOT HEAL!!!

His office staff was really unprofessional. I called to confirm picking up my orthotics and they told me I could pick it up on Monday 6.20. I took vacation time from work and when I got there, they were closed for lunch. I came back during normal business hours and the door was locked and no one was in the office, so I called 5 times then left a message. I received a call 30 minutes later saying she was in the mail room and I could come back before 4pm. I drove back to the office for the 3rd time and when I arrived at the building at 3:50 and no one was there and the door was locked. I called 4 more times and left another message. No one answered the door or phone. No one called me back. When I called back two days later, she lied saying she was there and I was told the Dr. would call me back. I was told I would have to come back again during normal business hours to pick up the orthotic. I informed her I would not take more vacation time off, especially since I already took time off and they were not there. I was told I had to spend my own money and fill out a pre-addressed envelope and send it to them so I could get the orthodic that I already paid for. There was no apology for me wasting my valuable vacation time. After I pay to have my orthodics shipped I will never use this office again. His office staff was really unprofessional. A podiatrist that actually runs. If you're a runner with an injury that's tired of other docs shrugging and going "I dunno, stop running" for any injury you come in with, he's your guy. In one visit he cleared up a problem that I'd seen another podiatrist for 3 times with no useful answer.
