Professional staff, comfortable waiting area. Dr. Seiler is relaxed, friendly and an excellent surgeon. I have had both thumb basal joint reconstructions and an embedded cyst removed from my wrist by him, and all parts are fully functional and pain-free. Highly recommend him.

The receptionist was the sweetest! Dr S didn’t see me for and hour and half. The X-ray tech didn’t give me an apron. Dr Seiler was fabulous

Comes in, high energy. Always has someone with him, teaching, helping don't know. Gets to the point, listens, then gives plan of attack. Stay on your toes cause he gets in and out. All good

Professional, efficient, knowledgeable, first class operation.

Dr. Sieler is the best. He’s conservative, always trying other courses of treatment before considering surgery. He had done several operations on my hands and each one has been successful, leading to reduction of pain and more use. He takes his time during office visits and always listens. I wouldn’t consider another doctor for my hands.

Dr John Siler is terrific-Period! Equally, he is able to adapt and overcome when things are going sideway. Case in points—my appointment this morning was on the 5th floor of his office building and the elevators were out of order. I need a Walker to get about. Therefore, taking the stairs wasn’t possible. No problem. He came to me in the surgery center on the first floor, diagnosed my hand & wrist problem and prescribed a treatment plan. I recommend Doctor John Siler III highly and without reservations.

I’m going to give Dr. Seiler 10 stars. He is super sweet. He really take care of you. I had surgery on my shoulder and he did an amazing job. If you don’t know I had surgery you are not going to notice it.

Front staff was nice and helpful the assistant wasn't friendly and when Seiler got in to room he had not reviewed my notes and his bedside manner was not good he didn't explain process and ordered more x-rays which took forever to have done when he came in room he stood at door and said x-rays fine and didn't explain what he thought or didn't go over game plan which I need more surgery sent me over to have fingers range of motion because have had pinky and ring finger amputated and can't move 4th finger and have brachial plexus which he didn't address plan I have phantom pain and asked for something to help and was rude with tone I don't give narcotic and i respond didn't want narcotics but would like something for nerve pain and left with nothing but baffled and confused because he was in a hurry and i have had total of 15 procedures and he was supposed to be good and I have had 3 different ortho work on me different parts of arm and he had worst experience with him

Finest in the Southeast! Great communicator and illustrator with a tremendous affability.

I have a rather decent knowledge of the medical community (married to a neurologist and trained as a laboratory technician in my first life) allowing me to be very attentive… noticing the responsive needs to their patients. Never in my long life have I enjoyed surgery and the aftermath of it more than with Dr. Seiler and his wonderful staff, the pleasant surrounding, the astonishing creative yet conservative approach to my condition (advanced Dupuytren’s Contracture). I travel from the east coast of SC to have his attention, but I would recommend traveling as far as it takes. He and they all are that amazing. I am grateful my sister recommended Dr Seiler, a bright day in my life. Vinnie Taylor

Dr. Seiler is a physician that is not only great at what he does, but he also truly cares about the patient, all while being personable. When I first came to Dr. Seiler he knew right off the bat that my issue was complex. He took the appropriate amount of time to do tests and trialing PT before ultimately having to perform wrist and elbow surgery. Although those surgeries were needed, successful and provided relief, it was not the complete fix. Dr. Seiler has stayed committed to my care and ensuring I get referred to the correct specialists, while continuing to follow up with my care, and ensuring I am moving in the right direction to find a resolution. His commitment to my health and well-being is one I’ve not experienced from a physician before, and I am incredibly grateful for his knowledge and care! I would recommend Dr. Seiler over and over again.

I have a very rare bone disease in my wrist. After consulting with multiple doctors who gave me no explanations/alternatives, Dr. Seiler really took the time to sit down and explain the situation, possible solutions, and answer every question I had with patience. We agreed to take a cautious approach and monitor the situation before doing anything invasive, and I finally feel like I am in good hands (so to speak) to help me navigate this disease.
