Dr Rapisarda is a warm and caring doctor. He takes the time to explain the clients situation and gives clear and concise options. I would refer him to anyone that I know.

Went to this office the first week of February, they told me they will call me back once they figure out the insurance, and set up next appointment. Finally got a call back 2 days ago, it's April 18th!!!! I don't know if they also changed their hours of operation since they moved, but it's impossible to get a hold of them if you are a working adult, because they close at 4pm and don't take any calls after. Their voicemail will tell you that they will charge you extra $50 if they do take your call. Clearly this place is not in it for the right reasons, like helping people, but it seems to me it's all just about money for them. So disappointing. Oh, and of course they charged my insurance almost $300 and sent me a bill for another $190 for the initial consultation, which lasted maybe 20 minutes, and all they told me is that they will call me back with the next appointment. Dr Rapisarda has helped my wife and I with two positive embryo transfers. After two failed transfers he explained why he wanted to change the medicine and treatment. FCI has been a great experience and Dr Rapisarda has been the icing on the cake. I have recommended him to anyone who as asked
