Dr. John Ho Park

I’ve been to many chiros in Rockville / Montgomery County and once I found Dr Park it was life changing. I had numbness and neck pain from years of muay thai and bjj training. However, it wasn’t until I referred to Dr Park that I found relief. I have been pain free for many years, and continue to see him only for maintenance (and great conversation).

I have been going to Progressive Spinal and Sports now for over 5 years. I have many issues and Dr. Park never fails to make my body feel and move better. He is very caring, a great listener and goes out of his way to accommodate you. He is an awesome chiropractor! Thank you, Dr. Park!!

I have seen Dr. Park for many years. He is very professional, asks really good questions, assesses carefully and precedes with caution. I have mild scoliosis and he has alleviated sciatic pain using active release therapy. He also does a great job of rebalancing my spine. I highly recommend him!!!

Dr Park, is really listen and adjust accordingly to your problem, his place is immaculate clean and I feel great after every adjustment.

Dr. Park at Progressive Spinal and Sports Rehab has done wonders for my chronic low back issues. I've use chiropractic care throughout my adult life and Dr. Park is the best! The initial assessment was thorough and well explained. Along the way, Dr. Park has monitored my situation well and he knows when to adjust my treatment plan to bring renewed relief and/or to improve quality of mobility. Additionally, the offices are clean and have a "spa vibe." Dr. Park has a great bedside manner--he is patient and gives me a thoughtful explanation as necessary/requested. I feel Dr. Park partners with me on my treatment plan. If you have chiropractic needs, this is the place to go! I have been seeing Dr Park for over 20 years for various issues. Always great service and professional attitude. Whether it be it for a sports injury or a car accident he can make you feel better

I have to say the John Park is excellent and his communication is amazing. I came to him because of knee injury some time ago and I since come back to him to be fitted for orthotics. I have the say the front desk's level of professionalism does not reflect his amazing care he provides to his patients. The front office staff is unorganized and it takes a long time to get anything done or you are having to send them things several times. It has officially been a week and I have not heard back about whether my insurance will cover the orthotics. I understand that you have to wait to hear back from the insurance company, but that does not preclude the front desk from getting back to the patient and following up so that the status is known. I have a degenerating disk in my neck. Dr. Park adjusted and the joint works properly and doesn't give me any more upper back/arm pain. Fast forward: 9 years later, a joint in my mid-back acted up after I tripped down some stairs. He adjusted it and I'm pain free!

Wow amazing place I am so happy I finally found a physical therapy that does everything. They are magical. Lovely atmosphere don’t feel rushed it’s very customized to what your needs are. You owe it to yourself to put your body in great hands

24hr hours ago, I had a rib out of place from a jiu jitsu training event, it had been out of place for almost 7 days, (leaving me not able to train) my thinking was it will go back in place on its own, yesterday, I could not take it anymore and made the call to Dr. Park... I told him what happened, he did his assessment, then intuitively applied targeted and direct pressure and within 30 seconds, I felt the rib ship back into place... I would have written this comment yesterday but I want to see if the adjustment would hold overnight and it did, so I tell you, there is no substitute for knowledge coupled with experience... And for anyone else there is no excuse to suffer, if you have a nagging "something-something", go get it checked out, it very well could change your life... for me I get to go train today and do the one thing I love to do... I've seen Dr.Park on several occasions and he has alleviated the pain in my lower back quickly and effectively. He has throughly explained my issues and given me tips to prevent this from occurring in the future. Dr.Park and his staff are kind and attentive to your individual needs as well.

Dr. Park and his team are the best around! I was a patient many years ago and they were always able to accommodate my schedule and remember the aches and pains. I recently started going again due to some strange pain/numbness and they were able to treat immediately. Within two days, I had already experienced relief and easing of my symptoms. I sustained a neck injury while playing sports so I contacted Dr. Park who immediately suspected a herniated disk which x-rays confirmed. I received treatment from Dr. Park which yielded immediate improvement and over time I am just about back to normal. Since Dr. Park is about my age and plays this sport as well, he gave me very useful tips on how to avoid this situation in the future as I am no spring chicken anymore. I am very thankful for Dr. Park's help and expertise.

Can't say thanks enough for the treatment Dr. Park gave me. I'm an avid mountain biker, and it's nice to be on the trails again without any issues!

Doctor Park helped restore my health after many years of competitive grappling. He understood the specif details my sports demands and could pinpoint the problem. I highly recommend Paying him a visit.

I highly recommend Dr John Park for a number of good reasons. 1st, amazing patient care. You can tell Dr. Park and his staff really put a lot of time and effort into patient care and it shows in the way you're treated from the moment you walk through the office doors till the time you leave. 2nd, overall quality of service. I've never had a question or issue that wasn't addressed not only right the first time, but also in a warm, friendly manner. I don't think most people would consider going to the chiropractor a "Fun" experience, but that's what makes Dr Park different, he keeps it fun with a smile and some light hearted humor. Always a super fantastic experience. Dr Park and his awesome staff are the absolute best in the business. I'm always amazed at how Dr Park blends together a fun, friendly atmosphere with a high level of technical skill, customer service and a great sense of humor. I've been to many (Too many) chiropractic offices in my years and not one of them comes even close to what Dr Park offers. I look forward to future appointments and walking out feeling like a million dollars. You guys rock!

I have being practicing Jiu-jitsu for over 20 years. I have trained and competed all over the world. My body takes an incredible beating from Jiu-jitsu, Judo and wrestling. I have being going to Dr. Park for well over 10 years. He is the only one who I trust to help me in keeping my body working properly. Thank you for your professionalism and dedication.

I went to Dr. Park with horrible lower back pain. A friend had told me he and his office staff did great work regarding chiropractics and physical therapy so I gave them a shot. I have to say my friend was right. After a few rounds of Dr. Park's therapy my lower back improved dramatically and I haven't had problems since. I've jumped around to Chiropractors and Physical Therapist over the years but am happy to say that I'll be sticking with Dr. Park and his practice from now on. Thank you Dr. Park.
