Dr panzer is excellent dentist for my experience had a front plate made two crowns

Dr. Panzek and his assistant Claire are wonderful and caring. Would highly recommend them. As far as their office staff not so much. Never return phones calls. Double charged me on a procedure. Got most of the money back that was on my card but remainder have not seen yet after 3 weeks. Ask for phone number of people that bought them out. But they never return my call. When I go in and ask about it they keep saying next week. Hopefully they are adjusting with new owners but would definitely watch what they bill you. Everyone in the office is wonderful!

Dr Panzek is one of the best dentist in Brevard. He has done professional work for my family for over 15 years.

Dr. Panzek is a very good dentist, he cares about me during my treatment including Clare his assistant and his office staff. The service he provides is outstanding. He is very professional. I am very satisfied with the dental work he provided to me. I highly recommend his service. Thank you Dr. Panzek.

Been coming here for years, both myself and my wife. Most of the time we are taken back right at the time of our appointments. We receive excellent care both for routine cleaning and other work such as cavities, crowns and the like. Dr Panzek is very good as are his hygienists and his office staff. We highly recommend him!

Don't go here if you have mental health issues such as depression. He won't take you as a patient and they don't return your calls. And I've been a former patient too. Want to get my teeth fixed but he doesn't care. Shame that medical professionals can turn you away for treatment. Gonna call the American Dental Society and make a complaint. Dr. John Panzek is one hell of a Dentist. The work he has put in on my teeth alone is incredible and I'm looking forward to seeing him again soon to finish with what I am sure will give me my Happy Smile once again. Thank you all staff at the office, you're great as well.

I would skip this dentist if your looking for a new one. Was not patient with me , didn’t display any compassion or understanding. When asked to provide more detailed information about treatment plan he got upset and told me he didn’t want to treat me and to find another dentist. By all means! This man will never be putting sharp objects in my mouth or pulling teeth out. It was painful enough spending the time with him that I did. Treatment plans need tx teams, this man has a God complex!

My husband I switched to Dr. Panzek when our's retired. We both agree that Dr. Panzek offers first rate dental/prosthodontics care. We've both had several caps done to replace old fillings. A nice man of great character, and a perfectionist, he is also a Freddie Mercury fan. Who wouldn't want a really cool, fun, well-traveled, proficient dentist. Dental assistant, Claire, is awesome! Also, love his office staff: Susie & Pam. Today my teeth were cleaned by Kelly and it was a pleasant experience.

Dr. Panzek was my dentist for several years and he is probably the best dentist I ever had. Excellent care, credentials, and a caring nice person.
