Great staff. Dr murphy fixed my plantar fasciitis with epat high frequency ultrasound. Wish i had found him sooner!

Had a great experience being seen by Dr Murphy! Their online patient registration was efficient and everyone I spoke to in the office was kind and welcoming. I thought my procedure was going to be painful and Dr. Murphy was so gentle and took his time to make sure everything was good.

I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Murphy. He's kind and a great conversationalist. Best bedside manner I've seen with a doctor. He was informative, attentive, and quick when he performed a small procedure on my toe. Additionally, during the follow-up process, he and his staff took my concerns seriously and addressed them promptly. When I called expressing discomfort after the procedure, his staff found an opening the next day so Dr. Murphy could take a look. Dr. Murphy took care of the issue and the discomfort I felt has now gone away. I was also informed that I was able to come in as many times as I needed to within 10 days after the procedure, free of charge, for follow-up appointments. I'm not sure if that's dependent on insurance or a policy specific to the practice, though. I'll be recommending Dr. Murphy to all my friends and family if they're ever in need of a podiatrist! I absolutely adore Dr. Murphy! He is professional but I also feel like he is a friend I’m catching up with. I have not seen him in over 2 years but he still remembered me & my past ailments. I felt so appreciated. He asked about my current ailments then asked what cool city I recently visited (I’m a flight attendant). He speaks to you in a way like 2 friends having a conversation. No medical lingo, simple explanations, etc. I really appreciated that because I’m not that bright. Dr. Murphy is a cool, professional dude. I think the bad reviews are due to the front desk staff. When I entered the office, the front desk employee did not greet me or look up. She told me to sign in & I asked “here?” She did not answer or just did not hear me. Should not be allowed to practice! Overcharged my mom for inserts that were supposedly custom made when in fact you can find them for $99 not the $600 he charged. When they came in 3 months later they were a size too big. My mom still has pain and it's been months and over $1000 spent for this DPM's scam business. The office is unresponsive and they treated my elderly mom so poorly. Do yourself a favor and find an honest DPM! Should not be allowed to practice! I came to Dr. Murphy's office for bunion removal surgery. I have never undergone surgery before (other than wisdom teeth removal), so I was quite nervous and had no idea what to expect. From the 1st appointment to the last ( 2 months later), Dr. Murphy and his team were always there for me whenever I had a question or concern. They were super flexible with their schedule and always accommodated me whenever I was late. I highly recommend this friendly,intelligent surgery for any foot need.

My elderly mom had a terrible experience. Clinically poor physician and unresponsive to phone calls. Recommended custom made inserts to my mom for $700 which she paid cash and it took 3 months to receive them. When she did get them they were a size too big and looked like something you could order online for $100. He charged my mom for follow up visits even though they should have been part of the initial diagnosis. Now my mom has spend over $1000 for inserts that still aren’t proper

I had a very poor experience with this practice and would avoid them in the future. I had an appointment in April and had labs submitted to decide on a course of treatment. I patiently waited two months, but never received the results. When I called I told the lady who answered the phone I was still waiting on the results of my labs. She told me that Doctor Murphy ‘probably’ tried to call me. I assured her that I had not received a phone call and was still waiting for the results to determine a course of treatment. She read through my file and informed me she did not know what the notes from my labs meant and that the doctor wouldnt be available to answer questions until June 18. Reception staff is super nice, and Dr. Murphy is very friendly and patient. Bonus points for the Massachusetts accent and attitude. I have recommended him to others and would go back again without hesitation if needed.

Best foot surgery..Minimal discomfort..Dr Murphy told me everything to expect and the experience was uneventful.

Friendly staff, patients are seen on time, Dr. Murphy is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He fixed my ingrown toenails and was very friendly through all of my follow up visits. Next time I have any feet problems I will be going to HIM!
