Dr Munneke is honest and invested in his patients

A visit with Dr. John A. Munneke on August 10, 2021 at his office on Memorial in Oklahoma City. Dr. Munneke was not masked nor was his staff in August 2021, nor were he or his staff 6 months earlier. He also railed against masks and, 6 months ago, Dr. Munneke, personally handed to me a type-written sheet of paper of misinformation about Covid-19 that was and still is totally against all accepted medical advice and practice. The sheet even had negative things to say against Bill Gates, which really seemed weird. The sheet also included some correct and incorrect information about vaccines in general to try to justify his position against the Covid-19 vaccine. The information on the sheet had nothing to say about the vaccine's proven efficacy. This experience was very strange to me and I believe very unprofessional of Dr. Munneke. This certainly is not the information that the public needs to hear from healthcare professionals, re, our high infection and death rates.

I was starting to question him about my medication because he was trying to give me medication that I'm a allergic reaction to the medication and he lower my medication where I was having complications and I was in pain constantly and then when I workmen compensation settled with me he dropped me asa patience with no medication to carry me over until I could find a nother doctor to take over. And doctor's tell you not to stop your medication its dangerous to your body. And I have been with him 15 years. And he really didn't care about me and my husband was not allowed in the room when he seeing me. i FOUND HIS STAFF TO BE VERY PROFESSIONAL, HE SPENT A GREAT DEAL OF TIME ASKING ME ABOUT MY PROBLEMS, AND LISTENED. I FOUND HIM TO BE VERY CARING AND GAVE ME GOOD ADVISE ON HOW TO HANDLE MY PAIN. OVERALL I HAVE NO PROBLEM GIVING THIS OFFICE A FIVE STAR RATING

My visit was very nice and I do try to be funny and make small talk with the staff and nurse . The doctor is very awesome he's old school but very intelligent and for being 73 he still has the well power to push through the day . The staff are okay I mean there people right there God's people !!They make sure there bathrooms are clean and I do believe there are bad days and great days . These people the doctor has around him is he's family . I do believe they are ! a great unit they laugh and joke around I lesson in the background I have good hearing still lol so I can hear jokes or whatever and it makes my heart warm to know that there like a family they truly are . And if you act that family or are disrespectful they will pull you to the side and warn you . I was young when I was very cruel to this lady the nurse and I thank God for John the doctor and telling me how hateful I was . I truly do think him for that pulling me aside that day. I am very thankful for he's lessons .

Dr. Munneke is a great doctor he listens to what’s going on with me and he answers my questions and gives me great recommendations on what else will help dealing with pain and what I need to do and the staff treats me very professional and kind the office is very clean and I would recommend him to anyone that deals with severe pain him and his staff are awesome and I’ve been going to him for around 15 years

I love Dr.Munneke and his staff. I couldn't imagine finding any other Doctor or clinic to treat me any better.

As a business owner I have no respect for the 1 star raters. Its unfair and unjust for the business over all rating. Needless to say Dr. Munneke has been my sole pain management expert for over several years now and my quality of life has been alot better with his expertise.

Were disappointed with there last mistake. They sent out my script for January right will they put 2017 instead of 2018 on my script. I didnt even notice there mistake till i went to fill it . the person that fills it pulled me over to talk in private and showed me there mistake. I called the doctor office not to complain to them or anything but to bring it to there attention. Will as always i tell them what my name is and it seemd they want to start this new year the same way like always. There was no apologies for there mistake or anything. The lady even i said will u can come to Oklahoma city to pick up your script if u want. Its 2 hours away i dont have the gas to even do that. Should have said ok will u refund me my money i have to waste to go up there but i didn't. But i do find it very very disrespectful that for once they did not apologize for there mistake or whoever put the wrong year on yhe script. when i made a mistake i had to apologize yet doesnt make sense when they make a mistake it fine. I bet they even had laugh about it. Since they hate me. Even time i go to doctor munneke office i feel like there discrimination against me. I even thought how weird it was they help patients with ptsd but there just full of like they really dont care to help others there not enjoying there jobs. I have been a patient of Dr Munneke for 31/2 years! Dr. I'm sharing this information because I found out that I was morally qued wrong! Yes! Who was to know that my room mates Ex husband harbour a hate for me because I made him leave because he was taking my room mates pills! I was excused from you because of you found in urine! I am telling you hey ex husband also had given her something more lethal, she died last wensday. How ironic. Hey death is being investigated. Some bad drug: bless her: she was weaker then I. The Doctor is very sweet and understanding , but there stuff is rude and does miss up. Then they think its okay to make someone already struggling and in pain feel less then them . When you call there all sweet and loving , but as soon as you say your name. Its rude to hateful tone in the voice . its very unprofessional, even the nurse is hateful , its crazy .

The doctor is a great person. Hes respectful . But hes staff is very rude , whe. You can and you tell them who your are there total voice changes , they treat you like your nothing. I dont think you should be in a doctor's office or employed by one if you cam respect all people. Like last week I talk to amanda and she just hangup on me , how is that anywere near professional.
