Dr. John M Moore

John is one of the best doctors I've ever been to and explained everything very well. So happy I was able to find this Dr. Also, was able to get in a few weeks earlier than other ENT docs.

WARNING! This doc WILL NOT PRESCRIBE PAIN MANAGEMENT MEDS AFTER A TONSILLECTOMY!!!! I was in so much pain that I was throwing up and couldn’t sleep at all the first three days after surgery!!! There was one RN in particular that was very rude, forceful, and unprofessional! I tried speaking with management about her behavior, but they never got back to me! I called several times and still have not spoken with a manager about her behavior. I had my tonsils out Oct.15 2021. The doc knew I have Crohn’s disease! But he didn’t tell me until follow up that he had never done this surgery on someone with ACTIVE CROHN’S! That is something I would have liked to know before surgery. I HAVE STILL NOT FULLY HEALED FROM THIS SURGERY! I have been dealing with a sore throat for months! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT PAIN MEDICATION AFTER SURGERY! And believe me, you’ll need it! Also, NIGHT SWEATS STARTED AFTER THIS SURGERY! I never had such a problem with night sweats until my tonsils were removed! WARNING! I would recommend this doctor for anyone looking for an ent, his really knowledgeable I’m pregnant I had an ear infection that didn’t fully recover my ear was blocked he really helped me, he treated me my ears got better he was the 2nd ent doctor I went to. The 1st ent gave me the wrong diagnostic and I’m glad I went to Dr Moore for a second opinion. Dr Moore was very nice and resolved my issue I would definitely recommend anyone looking for an ent doc, he knows his stuff. I found Dr. John Moore when searching for ENT Specialists on google. I initially decided on him based on the previous reviews but my choice was solidified when I called and spoke with the women at the front desk. Every single one of them were kind and beyond helpful with every call I made. Dr. Moore was also kind and very reassuring about my situation which made me feel less anxious and worried. The office they referred me to for an ultrasound was great and the hospital they referred me to for my biopsy was amazing. If you want to be in good hands or be referred to other facilities that practice the same ethics as this office then look no further. Dr Moore was recommended by my Allergist. Today was my first visit. His staff answered my questions / calls in a clear straightforward manner. He didn't seem to book several patients at the same time. I didn't wait to get in. The paperwork was minimal. The doc was succinct, well informed, and showed he had compassion while only seeing him for a few minutes. They were efficient and I would certainly go back *if needed.*. The great news he doesn't ask you come back for check ups if you are well. He just looks to solve the problem with you playing your part to stay well (ex: if you need allergy treatments, meds, regular saline rinse, etc). Dr Moore was recommended by my Allergist. I have been a patient of Dr. John Moore’s for over 25 years and he is so great! When I say great I mean overall .... as a person, he is very knowledgeable, professional, cares about his patients and has a great staff to assist him. He had told me for years I needed hearing aids and I resisted.....Then in 2017 I decided it was time to start wearing hearing aids and it opened up a whole new world by his audiologist, Tara Weinberg, Tara is as great as well! Great doctor (Dr Moore) and great staff!

The receptionist Susan refused to book an appointment for me. I was having severe draining and blood in my mucus. She told me to go see my primary because her doctor has never seen a patient like that. I wasn't aware the receptionist was refusing patients and giving medical advice. It was a very strange conversation.

The only ENT in Dallas I go to. Dr. Moore and staff are always friendly and take care of my needs. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Impressive service and such a short wait! The doctor was very thorough with us and answered all our questions regarding our son's possible need for tonsil removal.

I had my tonsils removed and Dr. Moore did an outstanding job. I got in and out of the office and the office staff was very friendly and caring. My surgery went great and Dr. Moore takes great care you. Highly recommend.

My brother and I loved to visit and meet Dr. Moore. He was really amazing. He and his staff were able to find root cause to a problem that was bothering my brother for years. Also He was very kind, patient and professional all the time we were there. Thanks Dr. Moore

Saw Dr Moore based on referral from internist who thought I had a nasal polyp. Dr. Moore was thorough in his examination and diagnosis. I did not have a polyp and Dr. Moore explained that it was my blood pressure med that was causing swelling and that create problems since I have small nasal passages. Very thorough in examination and explaining what to do.

He got me relieved off my XXL-sized soaring tonsils! He is an amazing doc & surgeon.

Went in for an ear wax removal the whole thing from the paper work to the friendly handshake goodbye took a half an hour, we got exactly what we needed while being informed at the same time, awsome place, definetly one to put in the contacts on your phone!!

Great visit. Very kind and respectful to me. Dr. Moore clearly explained what he observed and what that meant. Tara was extremely nice and clear when testing my hearing. Fast Check-in and Check-out. Pleasant support staff.

Every time I have visited Dr. Moore's office it has been a very positive one. He and his staff continue throughout the years to be professional in appearance and office help. I visit Dr. Moore often due to a narrow ear canal which allows a wax build up; Dr. Moore has the proper tools to clean my ear with ease. My visit to Dr. Moore's office for my ear is completed quickly, and my hearing is restored. Thanks
