Dr. Moore and his staff are a paragon of professionalism. I felt completely confident in their care. Dr. Moore worked hard to remove a fast growing cancer in my lung promptly and helped me avoid chemotherapy. Dr. John Moore was the person I trusted with my future life and he saved my life through his outstanding skills as a Surgeon. Dr. Moore is old school and that is what you need when faced with a life and death situation. He is up front, honest and tells you the facts you are faced with. No sugar coating the issue because he understands how serious the truth is when you are faced with this gut wrenching news. His staff is outstanding and are dedicated in every respect. I have had a great experience with Dr. Moore and his staff. He made the effort to treat my fast growing lung cancer quickly and since it was removed before it spread, helped me avoid chemotherapy. He answered all my questions and communicated clearly at each step in the process. His staff was caring and responsive. I am puzzled by the disparaging remarks others have posted about his staff. That was certainly not my experience. I could not recommend his practice more highly.

Dr Moore is fantastic! He took time with my Mom to explain everything to her. He was extremely compassionate with her. He also took time to just talk to us about things other than medical. His staff are the most professional of all the Doctors my 83 year old mom sees! They are in constant contact with us about all matters concerning appointments, updates, and medical results. He may be a competent surgeon but if you are looking for compassion or good communication don't look to dr moore. He is also not interested in dealing with any post surgical complications should they arise. If you ask questions he will act like all this stuff has already been discussed and brush it off. His secretaries are dolls but his PA is very rude and abrupt.

Very pleasant. His office staff was great, but his surgical PA, Julie, was very, very unpleasant, almost threatening. I would not return to this practice in large part because of her.

Liked him initially, but with more contact found him very paternalistic, almost condescending. His surgical PA Julie was borderline abusive, arrogant and lacking in basic compassion. Will not return to this practice in large part because of Julie.

Dr. Moore was very patient while explaining the procedures. He did an excellent job with my surgery; I could not be more pleased.
