Back in 2010 I saw this man for "pain management" after back surgery. I wondered why he didn't take my insurance just cash only, but didn't make any note of it. He was providing steroid injections and pain was managed, but by 2012 my intake of opioids was off the charts! I have now become addicted. Well, licensed is revoked, no other pain specialist or authorities helped those already addicted, so I turned to the streets. I lost everything and almost lost my life. Thank God I was willing to turn to rehab and now have become clean and sober. We can always blame this doctor, but we as patients knew what we were doing. This man saved my career as a professional athlete!

This monster was the "man' that ultimately killed my son. He knew that my child had a horrible addiction to painkillers yet he freely prescribed hundreds of Oxycontin to him as long as he paid the copay every two weeks. I know that there are other heartbroken loved ones left to pick up the pieces of what is left of our broken lives because of him. If you want an instant death wish, make an appointment. So that he can destroy more lives.This monster at the very least should be sitting in a very small prison cell yet he is still practicing medicine. A horrible man who kills his patients by over medicating them and has been under DEA investigation since last October. This clinic was closed by the Feds last Fall and he seems to crop up here and there to take more money and lives. He had his medical license relinquished in November 2012.
