Made an appointment a month ago... called today to cancel the appointment... was told he didn't have an appointment... thank goodness we were canceling the appointment... if you can't keep the appointments straight... makes me wonder about the rest of the services..

Great evaluations and painless service. I would recommend them to anyone who is suffering and in need of relief.

Had to get a root canal, which of course I was very nervous. Dr.Kuyk did a fantastic job, painless experience! He explained everything to me and made sure I was comfortable.

I'm surprised to see a bad review of Dr. Kuyk. I traveled from Florida to Charleston, W.V. just to have Dr Kuyk do an Apicoectomy. He saved my tooth, when two other dentists wanted to extract it. Not only is he professional, he is also kind and highly skilled.

very unfriendly dentist. Poor root channel work that does not last and you can be with an emergency and his front desk will not care. AVOID HIM

Had a root canal in 2003 and another one today. Dr.Kuyk is very professional and does excellent work. I highly recommend.

Dr. Kuyk and his staff was excellent. He explained the process and got the root canal done quickly and pain free.

Dr. Kuyk saw me at 7:00am for my root canal. To my surprise, I was back to work by 8:15 and felt fine all day!

He was very gentle and patient with me being scared about the injections, but he made sure I didn't feel a thing. I went home and was pain free that night.

Staff excellent, Dr. Kuyk not so much. It may just be how he is but he talks down to you, like I should already know what he's telling me. He has very little patience for a very scared young girl.

Sent to Dr Kuyk (by primary dentist) for emergent root canal. His office was given my Dental insurance info the day before when my appointment made. Dr Kuyk briefly examined my painful teeth, stated no immediate root canal needed. VERY unfriendly aggressive woman at front desk stated we need your $90. Told her I didn't have $90 on me. She demanded I leave my CREDIT CARD NUMBER but stated they wouldn't use it before the 17th (when I get a cheque). Refused post date cheque. MetLife pays
