Doctor Hayden was great. Seem to really know his stuff and perfect bedside manner

Dr. Hyden is incredibly kind and patient. He immediately puts you at ease and walks you through every step of the visit, including a detailed explanation of the injury and the care plan.

Pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough sports doctor. Highly recommend Dr. Hayden! Also great support staff from X-rays to ortho fitting shoe to checkout made the unexpected visit a positive experience.

On what was a really hard day for me, I had randomly scheduled an appointment with Dr. Hyden, not knowing anything about him. He got to know me on a personal level, which is rather rare these days. I felt absolutely comfortable with him, and his kindness was absolutely overwhelming! I will definitely continue to see him when I need to, and I would highly reckoned him to anyone!

Both Dr. Hayden and his staff are friendly, on time, listens, and knowledgeable in their treatments. He is especially willing to try anything or listen to ideas to get you well.

He was great nice very approachable and made me and my wife feel comfortable asking any questions

Dr Hyden did the diagnostic himself - listened. gave me good analysis - he even gave me the shot himself in right location highly recommend And thank my Dr for his recommendation - he did not come in stay 2 seconds and turn over to staff - he is the GOOD orthopedic specialist , knowledgeable, attentive to my problem. Good luck. Misdiagnosed me with the most extreme case, Failed to fill out any of the paperwork, causing more hassle with the workman's comp file. Took the liberty of getting a second opinion from ortho south and what a difference of patient care.

Wait time is not that long

The appointment time wait was unexceptable!! I was here 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment time, and did not get into an exam room until 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time!!’

Today was knee injection day. I was not fearful of the needle. I'm more fearful of the medication going into my body. But Dr. Hyden calmed me down (along with my assistant) i brought her just in case something with wrong. He made sure it was painless and easy.

He was great with my son! We didn’t have to wait long & he diagnosed him very quickly. I’m so thankful this resource is in east Memphis!

My experience at Campbell Clinic was great. I received great care from the staff, and I felt heard. Although I was a little late, they got to me as soon as possible.

The check-in time and wait-time were pretty short. Dr. Hyden and his assistant were excellent. Had good knowledge of my injury and gave me exercises to build strength in my ankle.

My entire 1st visit was a breeze, I uploaded everything online. And was called back within 30 minutes. He came right away even his resident doctor that was helping him was wonderful.

If the scale was 1 to 10 , with ten being the highest I would give Doctor Hyden a 20 . He is attentive, and explains what he is doing step by step literally.

Was fairly quick process to get x-rays and see the doc. He was very nice, listened to my concerns and was very friendly.

Very Pleasant & cordial. Exhibited professionalism with a throrough examinaton which created confidence in his knowledge of detecting injuries. His treatment with a brace and recommendation of using a walker to help promote healing allowed a 'speedy' recovery. The later 'take it easy' approach to full recovery is already underway. I highly recommend Dr. Hyden to anyone in need of his skills.

Dr. Hyden was very attentive to everything I told him. He even remembered me from last year, which was a surprise since I only saw him once. He gave me good advice on what to do about my problem.
