Dr. Hildenbrand is very knowledgeable and is excellent at communicating and taking time with his patients. The office atmosphere is friendly and professional.

My experience was excellent!

I had to wait a little while; but I was taken care of with care and concern by true professionals.

It's always the same, I get treated like a Queen. Great service. Bedside manner is fantastic. I recommend Ortho LA and Dr. Hildenbrand everyone.

Dr. Hildenbrand is a highly regarded hand surgeon by both my wife and myself. Both of us have unfortunately hand major hand complications and were corrected by John’s skill as a surgeon. I cannot say enough praise for the job well done. I find he easily answered all questions during the surgery period. As I finish up with Physical Therapy, I am grateful to have my hand back again.

I’ve seen Dr. Hildenbrand for tennis elbow twice & he performed surgery on me for a trigger thumb. He’s the best hand & elbow specialist. Most doctors in this area always refer their patients to him. He’s friendly, personable, & compassionate about what he does.

Was my first visit & have no complaints. Easy check in & check out. The doctor was authentically sincere & attentive. Would recommend him in particular to anyone needing Orthopedic services for their hands. Great experience!!!

Dr. Hildenbrand is wonderful! He’s very informative, has the best bedside manners, and is very knowledgeable in his line of practice. He will be performing a surgery on me in the coming days, and has made me feel very comfortable knowing I can trust him. Added bonus: his entire staff, especially his PA-C is also wonderful! Highly recommend him and Ortho-LA.

I was not expecting the concern that he has for his patients. He and his assistant made me feel comfortable and they both talked to me and explained everything going on. Definitely will recommend.

He was so kind and caring!!! The Staff was wonderful too. Now while I was in the waiting area I did hear a lot of people fusing about the time they was waiting to see the Dr. Greber & complaining bc they felt he double books. Just thought I would let yall know since I received this survey. Thanks

I was very pleased with my recent visit to Dr. Hildenbrand's office. I saw dr. Hildenbrand as a patient, in 2020, for wrist surgery. This is why I went to see him for my ankle. But unfortunately, he told me he doesn't do surgery on ankles. He did give me guidance on the course of action I should take for my ankle. and I am taking his advice.He answered all my questions and explained everything to me. What more can you ask for?

I love that he did a thorough check despite what a previous facility had said. He not only talked to me, but showed me the xrays and explained what I would see if there was an issue. Office staff and doctor were very kind. Doctor Hildenbrand was patient and understanding and also gentle with the injection into my wrist.

It was my first visit so I had to complete several forms, but after that I was seen very promptly. A very nice young lady took me into x-ray and took pictures of both my elbows. I have tennis elbow. The entire office and medical staff was very friendly. I found Dr. Hildenbrand very engaging. He was friendly and listened to my description of symptoms. He explained the condition and reasons for them, and outlined his treatment. I found the doctor to be very thorough. I would highly recommend this doctor to family and friends.

He is a wonderful caring doctor. He explains everything to you. I would recommend him 100%. Even his entire staff is wonderful and very friendly. They make you feel welcome.

They were very careful and took awesome care of my daughter. She was in a lot of pain and did their very best to not make her hurt more. She even said she liked them a lot better than all the others she had to deal with. I wouldn’t pick any other Ortho place.

Busy day / LONG WAIT to see Dr. Hillenbrand from my scheduled appointment (1 hour 45 minutes). Other than that, very pleased with the diagnosis and planned treatment.

Everyone was great with my 9 year old and broken wrist.

I’ve had such good experiences every appointment I’ve had for the last 2 months. Love all the staff! My next appointment is in 6 weeks & I’ll probably be in shock from not seeing them every week!

I went to Dr Hildenbrand, after 2 other ortho dr's did little for me, My dad went to him and recommended him, he listened to what I said, he took my concerns into consideration, and we started on a path to my recovery.

Went in for wrist pain. Dr holden brand was very helpful ,professional. And informative. We began a plan for treatment, which stared with injections he was very cautious making sure I was ok and wasn’t in to much pain as he was administering the injections. He made me relaxed and calm.

Friendly, professional, and very prompt staff. Dr Hildenbrand explained in detail the issues I was having and how it was going to be corrected. I had immediate results soon after. I would definitely recommend his practice to anyone.

Problem solved, fast diagnosis, fast treatment.

I broke my foot the week of Thanksgiving. Thankfully, I was able to see Dr Hildenbrand right away. He was very easy to talk to and gave clear communication of the treatment plan to avoid surgery.

The entire staff was helpful and compassionate from the time you entered the office until we left. Dr. Hildenbrand was extremely nice and took his time to explain my sons injury and go over all options. They worked us in at the end of the day when I called at 4:15 and waited for us to arrive.
