Quick fast & you can always get an appointment @ the last minute. The staff is always polite with smiling faces. I’ve been waiting years to get him as my doctor & I’m very satisfied. There’s nothing else you can do to improve its already great.

Very professional and courteous employees. I can't say enough good about Dr. Henderson and his staff!! I am amazed at how Dr. Henderson has to jump through hoops for his work!! Thanks to everyone!!!

Very nice staff. Dr. Henderson impressed us on our first appointment. Very personable doctor who shows great empathy and understanding. Straight shooter and good bedside skills.

My first visit to Dr. Henderson’s office. We were forced to leave our favorite Doctor James Johnson at Columbus Clinic after almost 40 years. It was taken over by St. Francis a greedy new owner is trying to milk patients of all the money the can get. After our co-pay they are now starting to bill you an extra $62. as a facility’s fee every time you visit your doctor. We were so lucky that our friends recommended Dr. John Henderson. He has a great disposition and truly cares for his patients. He is so nice. Thank the Lord that we found another great physician.

Probably the worst doctor on the face of the planet. Completely dismissive of all my concerns. Sent me across the street to Piedmont ER just to disregard their findings and proclaim "I've been a doctor for 40 years, they're wrong and I'm right". Gave me a prescription for nerve pain WITHOUT any sort of diagnosis and then sent me on my way. After I found a competent doctor it turned out I had a pulmonary embolism, pericardial effusion, and LUPUS the day I walked out off his office. He caught NONE of it. Spent 3 weeks in the ICU during Christmas as a result of his complete negligence and dismissive attitude. DO NOT see this man if you have anything above a common cold. I feel extremely fortunate I did not have some sort of major cardiac event or a complete stroke between the time I saw John Hendersen and the time I got actual help. In the time I spent in the ICU 4th year residents came in to talk to me about my case. Upon mentioning his name, it seems he has a reputation with students on rotation for being the type of doctor they would not want to emulate. STAY. AWAY.

Dr. Henderson is a wonderful doctor. He is very knowledgeable and most importantly… he listens! He also works hard to keep his appointments on time!

Having bloodwork there is never a bad experience. No pain & very short wait. She is always so friendly.

As usual my visit was pleasant but I may suggest that there be arrangements made in the waiting area of the lab. Making a little space for wheelchair and and large powerchair acomadations. I was partially blocking the hallway with my big powerchair.

Very Professional, cordial and knowledgeable of My health prognosis.

Excellent staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Dr. Henderson is a true professional. This was my first visit and took time to make sure that he answered every question. He never rushed through the visit and I feel confident that I have a great doctor to care for me.

Always seen on time and Dr. Henderson has perfect bedside manner. Takes his time to answer questions, is very personable and his staff is very friendly. Highly recommended

Dr. Henderson has been our family doctor for all 5 of us for years now. He is very patient with all our concerns, and questions we might have on our visits. Dr. Henderson is a very professional doctor, as his whole staff is attentive, and very professional too.

Chris always is able to handle my referrals for Home Health so quickly!

My overall experience went well at Dr. Henderson's office, the staff ensure my visit and future visits were accomplished. Due to patient error all planned procedures weren't done; but we recovered for the next visit.

Dr. Henderson and his staff are very caring and have provided excellent care for me and my family over the years. Dr. Henderson is an excellent diagnostician and if he feels the need he has no problem referring me to a specialist. He has give good advice and has kept up with my many chronic conditions.

Always a wonderful experience dealing with such a professional staff! Keta at the front desk and Shekelia in the lab are awesome! Sarah is also awesome in the back. So glad I was referred here. I drive over 60 miles just to come to this office under the excellent care of Dr. Henderson (and staff). Finally found a physician who listens and I am very confident in. Dr. Henderson and his staff are top-tier professionals. All of them provide outstanding patient support. Dr. Henderson saved my husband's life by diagnosing a life-threatening heart condition and referred him to a specialist. Today was for lab work. I have been very pleased with Dr. Henderson and his staff. I have been seeing Dr. Henderson for less than a year and I have no complaints. It's good when the staff displays excellent customer service skills the way Dr. Henderson's staff does.????

Dr. Henderson, is very caring and knowledgeable. He answers all your questions and makes appointments for other Dr. that require special treatment. Dr. Henderson is highly recommended.

Good luck getting an appt. with this doctor! Their office is closed on Fridays and they take a 2-hour lunch every day. Dr. Henderson treated my mother and father for years. When they needed him most, he abandoned them. They contracted COVID in early July. My father passed away, but my mother made it out of the hospital in a week. She is 81 years old. She was recovering, tested negative, and making progress. We scheduled an appt. but he would only see her online (even tho she had tested negative). We learned little from it. She starting having issues with swelling in her legs. We called his office so that he could look at her legs. They scheduled an ultrasound for Aug. 11. It is now Sept. 18 and we STILL have not seen, or heard from, the doctor! They keep telling us he "is very busy." My mom was rushed to the hospital on Sept. 8. She almost died. Congestive heart failure. He could have diagnosed it in a minute if he had taken time to see her. He doesn't care about his patients anymore.

Dr. Henderson is the consummate professional...he consistently provides top-tier medical care for my husband and me. He saved my husband's life by diagnosing his heart problem and then provided close oversight after his Emory surgery, after he came home and an infection occurred...he was on top of it and refused to allow my husband's hospital discharge until the infection was under control. He was tenacious about curing that infection. We are grateful to him for all he does for us...he's the best!
