I’m so thankful for Dr. John Floyd! I was in a tragic accident in 2019, I was so blessed to have him as my trauma surgeon. He saved my arms and leg from being amputated. The entire time I was in the hospital he was caring and honest about my condition. He never rushed my family and always made sure to answer each question they had. Once I was conscious Dr. Floyd always was honest caring concerned and most importantly he saved my life and all of my limbs. I am so thankful that terrible day that he was on the trauma team. I feel like he was an angel from heaven.

My husband recently was in a car accident and requires ortho surgery, Dr. Floyd was very patient and answered all my questions when surgery was over (which took about 15 minutes because I was so lost). If you need ortho surgery, this is your guy!

Maybe it's me, but I don't feel like I've had a good line of communication with this division. I don't really understand who the doctor is or why they did what they had done. They had managed to save my leg thankfully, but I feel that the follow up side of this division needs a good deal of work. I'm not as well versed as a regular patients may be, as the last branch to take care of me was the military over 10 yrs ago and I have been pretty blessed with my health since. As far as the initial surgery I feel that it may could use some improvement, would leave a good review, but they were sure to mess up almost everything for my disability paperwork. There are less educated divisions out there. If you can get on good terms with this division, it may be worth the risk. PS HE LEFT STICTCHES IN MY LEG THAT DO NOT DISOLVE!!! The simple fact is. This man is the reason I am not using a prosthetic leg right now. He will tell you how it is, and LISTEN to your opinion. I have nothing but thanks, respect, and admiration for the man in pink. Thank you Dr Floyd.

Dr Floyd rebuilt my knee and repaired my tib/fib fracture. He is a kind caring surgeon and his staff is second to none. I have been in his care for 3+months now and I look forward to my appointments. Dr Floyd’s office staff answers your questions and return phones in a timely manner. Should you need the services of an orthopedic trama surgeon I highly recommend Dr John Floyd. Michael R Long

Dr. Floyd is an excellent surgeon.

First, surgery went fine.Did a great job.Afterwards the lack of caring from this Dr., and his minions borders on MALPRACTICE! His hateful office staff ACTUALLY TOLD ME THIS"Our office is open from 9am. -9:30am ,so we will have to schedule your appointment at 9."I live 2 hrs from Columbus,. and if I was looking for empathy I was in the wrong office. Sean the NP is the one person on earth whos been through every procedure youve been thru and played grab ...football the day after..no empathy

Dr Floyd is excellent in his field. He explains diagnosis, treatment options and risks clearly and easily. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Honestly, there aren't enough superlatives to describe him. I am thankful for an appreciative of Dr Floyd and the care he provided my Dad. He answers all questions and never rushes thru an appointment. His office staff is too notch!

Absolutely the best surgeon for the trauma surgeries he specializes in. Additionally, his follow-up with patients is exceptional. Without a doubt, the best Doctor to have in your corner when you are fighting for your life.

Worst business i ever visted do not recommend cowardly doctor ever went to an appointment after surgery and wanted to discuss a couple things with my doctor before they removed my stitches about how he run things with requesting to talk to him about any kind of issue his patients may be having wether he has to call them back and i waited for an hour to speak with him at my appointment and he never came into the room and sent another nurse in and she lets me know im being released as a patient
