Honestly the worst medical professional I have ever dealt with. He should not be working with children especially ones that are in pain. He is very condensending and rude. I feel sorry for his patients that stay. He only wants to deal with be easy cases. I have several friends who have refused to go back. I should have listened

Dr. Ferries is very touchy. He was tickling my 11yo child and it made her really uncomfortable.

Sat with 2 kids for 1.5 hours in waiting room. Had to go remind them we had an appt. Room was dirty and previous patients castings on the table. My 18 month old found scissors in the corner and was running around with them. Doc breezed in , spent a minute with us and said she looks like a normal 18 month old. Her left foot points inward so bad that she trips herself when walking and cant attempt to run. Out of 3 hours spent at Nemours we saw the Dr for less than five minutes. Horrible experience

Dr. Ferris quite literally just came in and put a cast on my daughter's arm; he asked no questions and gave no instructions. If my wife and I weren't in the medical field and had an idea of what to ask, we would have left with more questions than answers. Even when we ask he didn't offer much detail, simple dry answers including, "The checkout sheet will tell you what to do." I left with the impression that I should have treated the fracture myself and saved $2,000.

Dr. Ferris always takes time with my daughter. He explains anything she has questions about (or anything I have questions about). He doesn't sugar coat it, but he is honest and compassionate. Surprisingly, he spends a good amount of time with my daughter. I say surprisingly because he is not in and out of the room like many doctors are. He always acts like my daughter is important and worth his time. The staff is excellent as well.
