John Robert Faust

Every time we come, the wait is over an hour. Today, I’m at 2 hours so far. The staff is unprofessional and need better training. They mistook me for my child’s grandmother. The doctor utilized the wrong size tools on my premature daughter because they forgot to prepare the correct one. I feel they should’ve waited until they were properly equipped. My child also has more issues than in the beginning of our journey and my concerned we’re ignored.

Dr. Faust took ample time to explain the situation and the options available for treatment . He was extremely optimistic with the recovery and was very accommodating understanding our situation.

Very thorough, spends as much time answering questions as you need.

My daughter experienced a broken wrist on Friday. Urgent Care did x-rays and referred us to Dr. Faust the following week for a cast. Dr. Faust did a great job with our daughter as far as making her comfortable and explaining to her what was taking place. He did a great job explaining the x-rays to us and the healing process. The office staff was responsible for knowledgeable.

Dr Faust and his NP Elizabeth were great. The rest of the staff was great as well.

Doctor Faust was so through! He answered all question I had, and was so considerate during the appointment ! I would highly recommend him!

My son was referred there due to an injury. Not only did they take great care of him, they help us come up with a plan for a walking issue that we have been struggling with since he was a baby. We have asked for help numerous times without much guidance. Dr. Faust evaluated his condition, thoroughly explained it, put him on a corrective plan, let us know that he was invested in helping my son recover and walk normally. Dr. Faust saw my son for a Sports injury. He and his staff were excellent. I would highly recommend this physician and his staff!

Dr. Faust and his staff are amazing! They are taking great care of my teenaged son. I appreciate the time Dr. Faust took to explain things to both me and my son about the injury and next steps. He is thorough and clearly passionate about his work. I first met with him in the hospital preceding my son’s surgery on his wrist. I then saw the doctor immediately after the surgery where he explained how well the surgery went and about post op care. During the follow up appointment at his office, Dr. Faust was consistent in his practice and demeanor. I strongly and genuinely recommend him for your ortho needs. Dr. Faust is absolutely amazing. My daughter Londyn broke her thumb and seen him at OLOL Children’s and not only was the hospital outstanding and amazing the staff and his staff was also amazing. Words cannot explain how warm and comfortable they made my daughter feel. He was very knowledgeable and made sure we understood what we were looking at on her X-ray. Dr. Faust is an amazing doctor and he goes into extreme detail with you about your condition and also very patient and ready to answer any questions you may have. His Nurse Mrs. Kelly will bend over backwards to help you in anyway she can. They’re great and I would recommend the Faust team to anyone hands down...

Let me start off by saying that Dr. Faust is an amazing doctor. The entire staff was friendly while we were there. Both of my boys saw him and I was very happy with our experience. Now fast forward to today. We had an issue with our insurance and it is a long story, but it ended with 2 phone calls to their billing department. Our insurance representative called them while I was on the phone listening in and instructed them on how to resolve the issue, but they refused. Afterwards I called and got the same run around. They weren’t willing to even TRY to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I’m the kind of person who does everything in my power to help people when there is a problem at my job, and refuse to deal with someone who is rude and unwilling to do the same. So while I would recommend Dr. Faust, Veronica in billing ruined the experience for us and I will not return.

Dr. Faust is a great doctor. He has a great bedside manner and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I would definitely recommend Dr. Faust to anyone looking for a pediatric orthopedist.

Extremely thorough examination. Very professional and knowledgeable. Dr Faust and his staff ensured that the patient and parent knew the extent of the injury and the steps to take in the recovery process.

My daughter is having to have 3rd elbow surgery due to Dr. Faust. He promised after both of her surgeries that she would be 100%. She can't even dress herself and her elbow is worse than when we started.

He was rude and dismissive. He told me I didn't need to have full use of my thumb restored because I didn't need it for my work. Seriously, the thumb is the most important finger.

Very knowledgeable. Made my daughter feel comfortable and at ease concerning possible wrist fracture. Was thorough and explained everything at a level my daughter understood. Would definitely recommend Dr Faust!

Dr. Faust is a great doctor! His bedside manner is impeccable. He is thorough and patient. My daughter had a very unique meniscus situation. He did a great job with her surgery. I would recommend him to anyone who wants the best doctor in pediatric orthopedics.

He assured me that my daughter was 100percent after both her elbow surgeries. She couldn't dress herself after her surgery. She had to have 3rd surgery from another dr.

Dr. Faust is a wonderful doctor! He helped straighten my daughter's legs. He is very respectful and knowledgeable about his field in pediatric orthopedics. His staff is also very friendly and makes you feel like family. You will not be disappointed!

He is a great doctor! I am very grateful to have him as my daughter's orthopedic surgeon. My daughter has had two procedures. With each surgery, he made sure my family and I knew what was going to be done and afterwards how it went. I highly recommend Dr. Faust!
