Dr Fanning is very professional he walked me through my options we discussed them he's very knowledgeable and he was very friendly and helped me make the decision that was best for me

Great experience

Everyone was very nice and friendly and helpful. I think Dr.Fanning knows what he is doing and talking about. A lot better than one doctor I have. And I get to see him in a month.

Dr. Fanning is a wonderful doctor. He had a great bedside manner, was very thorough and while wrapping my broken ankle continued to check with me to see that I was doing okay. I think I am very lucky to have gotten him as my doctor and I’m not worried about the surgery. He totally put me at ease.

Dr. Fanning was top notch. He knows his stuff. Took X-Rays and suggested things for me to do!

Everyone in this office is very friendly and efficient. Could not be happier with my care there.

Went to see Dr Fanning about my upcoming surgery, he was very up coming told me everything I need to know, asked me if I had any questions. He a very good Dr I like him very much.

I greatly appreciate Dr. Fanning and his complete staff for all they have done for me. After a couple of surgeries for my foot and ankle issues I have hope for a better future. I have complete trust in Dr. Fanning.

The staff is friendly. Dr. Fanning is kind and caring. He gives me all my options for treatment and answers my questions patiently and comprehensively. I never feel I'm being rushed through my appointment.

Was very happy with my visit. He is informative. Pleasant personality. Feel like I have a plan to work on heel pain.

My visit with Dr. Fanning was really good and informative. I was a bit anxious as this will be my second trial with a new Ortho physician. He did a great job communicating my present state w/ the bone fracture and his future expectations regarding healing. He’s really thorough.The staff was gracious and willing to help also. I give the field rep that assisted in getting me taken care if with the post- op shoe a 10+, amazing customer service skills.. a natural at her job. Dr Fanning is a fantastic orthopedic doctor. I got an appointment quickly and was seen, diagnosed and provided a solution in a quick and very professional manner. Highly recommend Dr Fanning.

Dr Fanning refused to see me because I am self pay. How ridiculous. I have money to pay for my medical care.

I had a very pleasant experience. Dr. Fanning explained a number of alternative treatments. He talked facts. We quickly came to an agreement on my personal plan. He knew his specialty well. The staff was efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend him, and will see him again.

Dr. Fanning gave me the time I needed to discuss my issues and didn't make me feel like he had to hurry on to his next appointment. He was friendly, and I felt he gave me good information and advice.

My right foot has been swollen and hurt at 2nd toe and 3rd toe I tried to find the root cause of my problem. Dr. Fanning gave me explanations for the reason for my blood test to find out the uric acid level in my body, plus referring to a foot specialist for my foot pad insert for this problem after he exam my foot's X-rays.

Dr. Fanning has a wonderful Professional manner! He takes the time to listen to what you have to say and gives honest feedback. He takes the time to explain and to answer questions.

Dr Fanning listened to my concerns & gave feedback. He advised surgery but told me it was not like cancer & my foot condition would not cause me to die so I can weigh my options. Dr Fanning is much nicer about my fear of surgery. There were no tantrums like I witnessed from Dr Fanning’s competitor. He’s a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend him.

Wonderful physician. The wait time was reasonable and not lengthy. He took lots of time to explain my situation and he gave me several options. I look forward to him taking care of my surgery. I highly recommend him.

Exceptional. I was out of network and broke my ankle. He took all the time I needed for appointments and was quick with my surgery and any questions I had.

Dr. Fanning was very thorough and patiently listened to my concerns and questions. He offered immediate and future solutions.

I have been to Dr. Fanning numerous times, but this last visit I was highly disappointed. I did not get to see him. My appointment was with him but all I saw was his PA. Don't get me wrong, she was knowledgeable, but for this visit I felt I should have saw Dr. Fanning himself. I do not feel my issue was properly addressed. I have a lot of faith in him as a surgeon. He did a good job with my foot and I have referred others to him. But as I said, I was very disappointed with my last visit. The PA stepped out of the room 3 or 4 times to talk to the doctor, but he never came in. When I made the appointment, I made it with the doctor, not the PA. I have no problem with seeing a PA, as I have seen a PA at many appointments, but I know that that is who I am going to see. I just felt like with everything I have been thru with my foot, this appointment should have been with the doctor.

IT TOOK 6 MONTHS FOR MY 5TH METATARSAL TO HEAL. DR. FANNING WAS VERY PATIENT WITH ME/GAVE ME ALL THE INFO SO I COULD MAKE THE RIGHT DECISION FOR ME. IT IS NOW HEALED AND I AVOIDED SURGERY. HE SUPPORTED MY DECISION AND I SO APPRECIATE THAT!

I have been a patient of Dr. Fanning for years now and appreciate him and his staff. He listens and responds to my questions every time. His staff is wonderful and courteous as well.

I am grateful Dr. Fanning took me on as a patient. He provide more help than I hoped for at this point.

I'm not sure what I did to get ghosted, but after receiving a referral from my doctor, they would not return my calls to set up an appointment.

Dr. Fanning is very caring. I received very good information to be able to make a decision about surgery. He’s very knowledgeable. I appreciate his frankness.

dr. fanning was the second doctor I had seen about my foot problem. The prior doctor said he didn’t know what was wrong with my foot and that there was absolutely nothing could be done for the pain. Dr. Fanning suggested the cause of the pain and a three step approach for the treatment. I highly recommend Dr. fanning.

Following a bad motorcycle wreck, your office took care of me. I am grateful that Dr. Pollock and Dr. Fanning did the best job of caring for me. almost 4 years later I am amazed at my recovery. They put me back together so well that I hardly notice the effects of the accident.

Dr. Fanning was extremely thorough and didn't take the report and mri at face value. He listened to what I was telling him and correlated it to the tests, which resulted in him exploring a little further. I was impressed.

Dr. Fanning is the best! He treated me for an ankle injury. He is thorough and conscientious. His nurse Carrie is great to work with as well. Would highly recommend!
