I'd give more stars because the doctor and NP have been decent. But the office help and receptionists are incredibly rude and unprofessional. This is a doctor's office, not a Used Car Junk yard, but some of the help even cuss when talking to you and are insulting. Off the charts!

Had an appointment at 10:30. Waited an hour and a half & still did not get in. They called 2 people in that came in after me. Should not have to wait that long to get in to see the doctor. Not a friendly staff!!

This office is absolutely ridiculous . Had an appointment for a week and a half. They call to change the appointment to the following Monday. I call back to see if we could do a different day they don't even have me in there schedule because they don't have a computer. Receptionist tells me they just hand write the appointments and somebody must of spelled my name wrong. Needless to say our whole family will be finding a new doctor.
