I love this dr. He is always so thorough and helpful. His office staff isn't perfect - but it is worth it to me for this dr.

Great doctor. Very knowledgeable. Takes a lot of time to listen to your issues.

Nice and helpful at first. Then switches to mean and dismissive. Clearly my sleep issues were not very important to him anymore.

Very thorough and professional. Asks lots of questions related to total health, all conditions, and how sleep affects them. Takes lots of notes. Seems to know all the options for treating sleep conditions and works with you to find the best one for you.

I’ve found Dr. Debus to be a physician highly knowledgeable in many aspects of sleep issues. I’ve likewise found him to be someone who looks at sleep problems from different aspects and is open to sharing and explaining what he sees or is thinking and the whys involved. He has always taken time to fully answer and explain any questions I ask him. Dr Debus’ office staff has been friendly, supportive and helpful each time I’ve been in contact with them.

STAY AWAY! Horrible doctor! He made me schedule an appt. While in the waiting room he came out & standing over me in public told me “I don’t know why you are here. There is nothing more I am going to do...”& put in some very personal info for his reasoning. I left crying. I was tremendously embarrassed. Angry w/ his lies he used as excuses-publicly. W/ appt. I expected to see Debus in a PATIENT ROOM & get things accomplished. Instead wasted half a day going there for nothing. Don’t trust him.

Staff is rude, acts pissed off that you are making them do their jobs when your just trying to see the doctor. Everything takes a month+ felt like patients were the lowest priority in that office.

My experience here has been absolutely awful. While Dr. Debus is knowledgeable and great with reviewing prescriptions, his administrative staff or duties he is responsible for are woefully neglected. I would highly advise finding another doctor if you are looking to get your sleep issues dealt with in any kind of a timely manner. Testimony My appointments were never scheduled less than a month or 2 apart, including a wait time for the first appointment... I was given a take home sleep study test, after a few failed attempts with it we had a successful one, so I waited the month for the next appointment... They lost the results!? 'Ok well we will just do another one and its on us' they told me. Yea but not the 2 office visit fee's that go along with with it... so I asked can you please call me with the results so I don't have to wait a month to know, this isn't something i can wait around on. He agreed told me if you don't hear from me in a week call me. I didn't hear from him in a week so I called in. The staff told me that they normally discuss that in the office, but they would check with the doctor, so i waited a few more days still no word so i called again this time i got sent to voicemail, i called everyday for 2 weeks and they sent me to voicemail every time. Until the week before the appointment, Dr. Debus returned my call with the results and commended me on my persistence... At that point I knew it was time for a new doctor. This of course has dragged out me getting help with my sleeping issues for almost 4 months by this point. After meeting my new doctor he wanted to see the sleep study that they managed to keep the results of, so I sent them a request for my records about 28 days ago (Texas law specifies that if the provider is using an electronic health records system capable of fulfilling the request, the records must be provided not later than the 15th business day after the date your provider receives your written request.). After about a week of no word I called them asking what the problem was they said they didn't get the request and gave me the same fax number i used (and the new doctors confirmed they sent the request to that number successfully). This time I gave them 3 days and called back as they hadn't sent it yet. I was told the files are on the doctors desk he will look at them as soon as possible. I give them another week, call back again to be told oh that form isn't valid, you will have to come in and sign our form. Alright whatever it takes to get my records at this point... I go in and sign their form as well as get a physical copy of the report just in case. I still was not given any written continuance request. Now another 4 days later they still have not sent the records to my new doctor. I scanned and sent the physical copy I got as a back up. Long story short, the biggest waste of time I have ever had the misfortune of seeking help from. Which is really disappointing because you can tell Dr. Debus does actually know his stuff very well. If it wasn't for the atrocious service and the way they treat you, the place would probably be fine. My experience here has been absolutely awful. listens intensely, methodical in evaluation, friendly and overall a decent and great doctor!

I've been a patient of Dr DeBus since 2014 and have always received excellent treatment.

Awful Experience. They lost my test results. The Dr. agreed to call with the new results, if i didn't hear from him in a week call him. I did then they screened my calls for 2 weeks with no response. Once I decided to leave and requested my records transfered they stalled and ignored the request for almost 30 days now. Texas law requires the records be provided within 15 business days or with a written notice there is a 15 day continuance (There was no written notice)

Terrible experience. Office staff is rude and unprofessional.

I didn't use him but my sister did. Very bad experience.

Dr. Debus is phenomenal. Gives a thorough, comprehensive evaluation and is an honest specialist. Thinks of EVERYTHING. However the office staff is LOUSY, was nearly impossible for me to get all the way through my treatment but I will say, it was worth it bc of who Dr. Debus is.
