Very professional medical observation and suggested solution.

I was seen just before my scheduled appointment time. Exam, synopsis and prognosis were thorough. The Dr. is clearly an expert in his field.

Staff was pleasant. Not certain the doctor heard me concerning the level of pain I was in

Once I finally got to see Dr Dalton the appointment was great. However the wait was terrible. 10:30am appointment was honored at 11:37am. Not good. This was the only frustration I had.

Great surgery and physical therapy was excellent

He was very explaining to me everything and the way for my situation .

Welcoming environment. Friendly staff. On time. Quick. Just have to wait to see what the diagnosis and treatment do.

Dr. Dalton was professional as well as very pleasant. He diagnosed my shoulder problem quickly and then suggested options for improvement.

I was a new patient who waited an hour pass the scheduled appointment time (no apology for the delay) to finally see Dr. Dalton for fifteen minutes.

They got me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Granted my situation was simple, but that’s what I expected. A simple problem only took 30 minutes.

Dr Dalton is very professional and a great dresser too!

All of the staff and doc were friendly and thorough. It was actually a very pleasant experience. I was here 7 yrs ago, but every staff treated me like they knew me. They were sincere and caring. Dr. Dalton is kind, pleasant and informative. He takes all the time I need to talk to him and clarify things.

Appointment was on time, maybe a few minutes early. Dr. Dalton was pleasant and examined my wrist gave me a shot and had me out the door in 15 minutes. I had the same flare up a year ago and the problem was solved in a couple of weeks with the shot and wearing a brace. Very satisfied with the appointment and the results.

I will always recommend Dr. Dalton. Mys shoulder replacement surgery went so well, it is actually hard to believe where i am today. I have healed incredibly fast which is nothing less than a blessing. I feel that Dr. Dalton performed perfectly correct and exact surgery on my shoulder and that their team of physical therapist and occupational therapist are overly well versed in their field. I am grateful and appreciative to all of them.

Dr. Dalton is fantastic. Two of my fingers were badly injured in a home accident. Dr. Dalton calmly stitched them up and assured me everything was going to be ok. He took time out of his incredibly busy schedule to help save my fingers and I never once felt like he was rushing to finish the procedure. I thank God and Dr. Dalton that my fingers are still intact and fully functioning. I would highly recommend Dr. Dalton; he is knowledgeable, pleasant and I always feel I am getting his undivided attention.

Dr. Dalton is remarkable. He's kind and is very professional when delivering his diagnosis and recommendations. I highly recommend him.

Dr Dalton and his staff provided an excellent pre op visit. He answered all questions and provided an overview of what I could expect. The staff I came into contact with were helpful and efficient.

Dr. Dalton is knowledgeable and accurate. Does not rush you into making a decision and begins with conservative treatment. The office is clean and efficient. Staff is nice

Dr Dalton was pleasant and explained things very well. He answered my questions. My criticism is that I had to wait over an hour past my appointment before being triaged and the another almost 30 minutes before I was taken to an exam room. Maybe they are short staffed now.

Dr. Dalton is great: empathetic and thorough. I’m looking forward to him performing surgery on both of my hands (if one can look forward to such a thing).

I had two torn tendons in my shoulder. Dr Dalton is very communicative and worked with me to meet my recovery goals. Highly recommended.

I love that Dr. Dalton wanted to work with my to initially find a non-surgery solution for my awful pain. But when I was about to cut my arm off myself, he stepped in and did an awesome job. I traded horrible unending pain for post op pain which is going away and I am smiling. Followup has been great and PT, while a challenge, is doing the trick. Thanks! Dr. Dalton is the best!! I'm a competitive figure skater & suffered a bad wrist fracture on the ice in 2019. I had wrist surgery done by another doctor & have been living with chronic residual pain since. I'm so glad I came to him. He did a full evaluation of my wrist, came up with a treatment plan & I'm feeling better already. He never dismissed my pain, and showed so much compassion. Best doctor ever!!! Great service. Short wait. Friendly staff and Doctor. No immediate talk about surgery, focus on therapy first. Highly recommended.

Initial visit.. Good experience and Dr Dalton took the time to discuss possible shoulder surgery. Good sense of humor and positive attitude.

Everyone was professional and friendly. Dr. Dalton was wonderful very attentive and knowledgeable. He made me feel very comfortable about my upcoming treatment.

My experience was very positive. The wait time was minimal, the staff was friendly and professional! I really appreciated the competence of the X-ray tech (so did my left arm ????). Dr. Dalton was very efficient and thorough.
