If I could give 0 stars I would. This doctor is rude and body shamed and instead of offering any help was told to have weight loss surgery because that will fix arthritis, bone spurs and any other medical problem people have. Working 6 days a week 14 hours shifts on hard floors lifting patients has nothing to do with pain but loosing 20 pounds will fix everything. He needs a reality check and stop body shaming.

Broke collar bone right clavicle was worried about unesesary surgery Dr Crompton is straight forward honest man. There to help not worried about paycheck but patients. Gave me piece of mind. Didn't insist on surgery like other docs for paycheck. Great staff sexy nurses fastest service ever had in and out no waiting. Exray tech a great guy. If you have broken bone search no further see doc JC at point pleasant or other wv hospitals. The best orthopedist around! I’ve followed him to several different office locations throughout the years because I trust him as a doctor and appreciate his thorough, yet laidback bedside manner.

I had shoulder surgery performed by Dr. Crompton in November of 2011 after a accident that resulted in dislocation and several partial tears and some full tears. Although the outcome due to the severity of the injury wasn't what I wanted Dr. Crompton was very compassionate and worked with me and how I felt about my recovery. I would definitely recommend Dr. Crompton to anyone and if I needed a orthopedic Dr. I would go back to him.
