Dr. Crane is amazing and kind. He took the time to listen to my grandma and has continued to make sure she is doing well.

Dr. Crane rushes through patients, communicates poorly, and does not take responsibility for results. He over-promised and under-delivered for a procedure he was supposed to be the best at in my personal experience. Beware if he says it is low risk and “you will be good until your 90”. Patient relations/advocates also do not follow up or return phone calls. Disappointing experience. Has accepted hundreds of thousands of dollars in payment from big pharma (https://openpaymentsdata.cms.gov/physician/263910). I wonder if that’s why he made an entirely preventable mistake that ultimately killed my loved one! Avoid at ALL costs.

Dr. Crane has performed 2 surgical procedures on me and he has done an excellent job. He is a brilliant surgeon BUT I think since he started doing surgery only, he is losing his bedside manner. He was cold to me and had no personality. I wish I got the funny, warm surgeon like others have said. I do trust him to perform my surgeries and would recommend him.
