Dropped me as a patient for calling out the doctor for lying to me! He told me he would write me a script in the am for my infection and he never did. I had to call the doctors office to see what happened and the doctors office told me to go to urgent care. Truly shows that he does not care about me as his patient. I received no help here. Go else where! I would rate it negative if I could! I filled out a packet of papers just to fill it out again upon arrival to which I was asked the questions because they don't take the time to read the packet of papers, that they ask you to come in a half hour early to fill out.

I've been a patient of Dr. Cosachov's for many years. I've received wonderful care, support and advice dealing with allergies, asthma and my sensitivity to bees. Dr. Cosachov and staff have been great. Many of the staff have worked there over 20 years so they know the patients well. Dr. C is very thorough and compassionate. He maintains eye contact while listening to my concerns. So many depend on the laptop and not look at you. 5 stars

Hardly ever in office, and leave the nurses to make decisions about your care of allergy shot treatment and plan in the nurses hands. Very difficult to contact or even meet after initial consult. After initial consult you never get see him, and the office hours revolve more on them taking time off for their personal activities. Low care level.
