My sinuses were like Niagara Falls. Dr. Cichon presented and explained a few options, we gradually agreed on a plan and a medication, and it's working! I couldn't be more pleased.

Left me with lots of unanswered questions.

I have been seeing Dr Cichon for almost 20 years. He is very good about making sure I understand what is going on. He really listens and addresses every concern I have. He is really good at what he does.

Dr. Cichon's explanation of mt condition was thoughtfully explained and the rationale for subsequent treatment was detailed. Anticipating the possibility of vocal cord surgery, I feel that he is fully capable of getting the best possible result.

Dr. Cichon is a very thorough and kind man. I would highly recommend him.

Didn’t know i even hit the stars. I did fund using the system a bit confusing. Why I don’t know. Just know I started a couple times and had to start over. Sorry.

I have found Dr. Cichon to be a doctor that makes visits bearable if not always comfortable (due to the exam). It is easy to communicate with him. He explained the exam he needed to do and quickly did so. After the exam, he did the referral for the further tests needed.

Dr. Cichon is highly professional and knowledgeable. He preformed my hemi-thyroidectomy. I felt entirely comfortable and at ease with him. I have had a swift recovery with minimal scarring at the incision site. Dr. Cichons bedside manner is great, and I would highly recommend making an appointment with him!

Best ENT doctor and surgeon!! My first surgery to straighten my septum went great with continued good results. I had a second surgery recently to remove a nasal polyp that had been giving me a lot of pain and pressure. He and the entire facility took a great amount of time and care to make sure that I was taking care of safely. I would highly recommend him to anyone and I have?? Excellent ENT Surgeon and Doctor!! Great attention to detail in every visit!! Both he and his assistant have a wonderful bedside manner, are kind, and friendly. I had multiple sinus issues and a previous car accident that left me with a severely deviated septum for over 30 years. Not only does it not look like I’ve had surgery, but I didn’t even have to ask for good cosmetic results and it looks like my original nose, that I felt I would never again see in the mirror! I previously had a bad experience with another surgeon that created a lot of trauma with an unrelated surgery but Dr. Cichon has given me hope in the medical profession again. I rarely leave reviews but I must say I Was VERY impressed with Dr Cochin, this was our first visit. Not only was he quite knowledgeable, but what impressed me most was his compassion for my personal issues, ie: the fact that I am a singer and how important that is to me and that we don't chance endangering that through surgery. His demeanor put me at ease and made me feel I was indeed in good hands, that was important to me. Thank you Dr!!

I have been a patient of Dr Cichon for 13 years, wonderful Doctor and surgeon, I will go nowhere else.

Dr. Cichon reconstructed my sinuses and septum which improved my quality of life considerably. He is a very kind and gifted physician.

Dr. Cichon listens to me without interrupting me as I give him relevant background. Great bedside manner. This is the second ENT issue I've come to him for. Will definitely continue to use him as my ENT. My PCM recommended the practice as a whole and I have nothing but good comments. His assistant Tina, is also very good with follow up on questions or issues.

Dr.. Cichon is exactly the type of provider you want to see when something goes seriously wrong with your hearing. He is very experienced and abreast of current research. Because of him I am having return of hearing that I was sure might be gone. He made calls after hours and because he did my insurance was approved, and I was contacted by the HBO team and seen the next day for treatment. I'm really grateful.

I made an appointment with Dr John Cichon Jr. because I had friends who highly recommend him. I found him knowledgeable, caring and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing an expert Otolaryngoloist.

I had had the sinuses on the right side of my face plugged for 6 months when I first saw Dr. Cochin. He had me try 1 more round of antibiotics and eventually went to a "balloon" procedure to unplug them. It turned out to be a fungus that caused the problem. I have not had any problems since.

Dr Cichon has been my surgeon twice now. He has always answered all of my questions and those of my family. He has a good bed side manner and we trust that he has my best interest at heart. Thank you Dr Cichon, my family and I appreciate all you’ve done.

After a bloody ambulance ride to the ER and receiving a Rhino Rocket from a PA, I was wondering about my treatment. I arrived @ the ER @ 5:30pm being taken home by my Brother @ 11pm. 72 hrs. later Dr. Cichon entered the treatment plan. Everything was professinal, informed, painless, quick, and effective. even his staff was very impressive. My home instructions were clear. Since being Dr. Cichon's patient, I am extremely satisfied with my care!

Dr. Cichon performed surgery on my nose and the result was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable in his field and I was definitely satisfied. I would not hesitate recommending Dr. Cichon. The staff was very friendly and efficient.

Dr Cochin was competent, thorough, courteous and patient. He listened carefully to my concerns and performed a thorough examination of my sinuses. I highly recommend him.

Was treated by Dr. John Cichon at the hospital and interacted with him a total of three times. He was the ENT surgeon on call when I was admitted. We rely on these doctors and surgeons to be honest, precise on the operating table as well as what they say as well as provide an overview of what we need to know about our condition to make the best decisions. He outright lied about a peer's practice with intent to make that surgeon look uncommitted. He is aloof and did not express concern about my concerns. This is hugely disconcerting leaving one to question what else does he lie about? I took the time to verify that what he said was not true. In addition, he there was probable socio-economic discrimination, underlying arrogance each time I saw him. His discrimination has far reaching consequences to you as the patient. The care that I received was intended to patch things together versus care that treated the root cause. How anyone trust a doctor that lies? You cannot... I went to three other doctors to have them said nothing was wrong. Dr Cichon took the time to find out what was going on. He didn't just rush me out of the office with a prescription. He explained everything to me making sure I completely understood what was going on and how he could fix it. 1 year later I am breathing like I should. It’s hard to find a good doctor that actually listens to you and wants to make you better. Dr Cichon listed to me making me feel like he truly cared.

I saw Dr. Cichon re: my enlarged thyroid. He 'followed' me until we decided together that I needed it removed. My surgery went well. I had little pain & was able to go home the following day. I saw him for a follow up appt. I am a RN so I am very selective on whom I see & recommend. I have recommended him to others. He is friendly, professional & very knowledgeable.

Good bedside manner. Short wait. Little play area for kids in the waiting room. The nurses were flexible and understanding with my toddler. Doc did the procedure efficiently.

Dr. Cichon took out my tonsils Aug. 2014. He is not very personable and did nothing to make me feel comfortable and informed about what would be happening to me or the recovery process. His nurses and medical assistants are INCREDIBLY hard to get ahold of (I don't believe the receptionist at his office ever actually connected me to a medical assistant, even when I had immediate medical concerns and questions - I was always sent immediately to voicemail - and even then I had to wait hours or more for any sort of reply).
