Wonderful staff and very informative!

I had Dr. Burroughs fill my under eye area to cover dark circles and fill in the hollows. I did a lot of research because I was nervous about being injected in this area. His credentials are impressive, and he had been recommended by a family member. He is very knowledgeable and competent and has a great bed side manner. He and Ivy put me at ease and answered all my many questions. He did not go overboard with the filler, but instead had me come back 2 weeks later for a touch up. It was a positive experience and I’m very happy with the results.

This was my first experience at springs aesthetics and I highly recommend. Melissa explained every step of the injection process and was informative and personable!

I had an extremely upsetting experience with the doctor and his team. I left with visible scars from a procedure that should not have caused scarring - I spent a year working with a practice in Denver to correct the damage and it is still not 100% back to the way it was before I had the botched procedure at Springs Aesthetics. Top docs don’t need to make YouTube videos to promote themselves. I wish I’d seen the videos before I spent $$ and had a bad experience. I think the focus should be on patient care rather than doctor-promotion.

I was excited but nervous to go. I have hooded eyelids. I ran through tests that confirmed peripheral vision was being affected with a previous Dr.. It was the end of the year and my schedule didn't allow time for me to get procedure done (medically needed and approved). Dr. seemed hurried during appointment. When asked to look up at one spot and he measured lids, it was a surprised "Hey, look up" expression I had with my ???? eyes, not a relaxed lid look. I did same exercise as soon as I got home with relaxed lids...WAY different look and outcome. He made me feel like I was making something up and emphatically said I was not a candidate, couldn't believe the other Dr. I went to previously, approved it. I left feeling deflated. This procedure was not for a cosmetic look, it was medical.

I can not recommend Springs Aesthics enough! Dr. Burroughs is fantastic and really takes time to listen to your concerns and goes over different options that will work best for your situation. My results have been amazing and better then what I thought was possible.(MyEllevate after weight loss caused a lot of loose skin)

Dr. Burroughs and his staff are phenomenal. I had ptosis eye surgery done and was super nervous but his staff made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I ended up going back in the same day because I was in a lot of pain and felt like something wasn't right. Immediately when I got there Mr. Burroughs took my bandage off, put some drops in and made sure everything was ok. He also called me later that night to check in on me and make sure I was doing good. Staff and Dr. Burroughs were very friendly and made me feel welcomed! Sat with me and explained everything about my procedure in detail and answered all of my questions. I didn’t feel rushed or have any bad vibes with this practice.

From the moment I walked in the very friendly and supportive staff was awesome. I had my initial consultation with Dr John Burroughs and was impressed with his knowledge and ability to figure out a game plan that best suited my needs. That and the fact that he is genuinely a nice guy. There is no upselling, simply options that will best work for you and you decide what you want. On the day of my procedure both Dr Burroughs and his wonderful staff made me feel at ease. I’m still in recovery but very happy thus far. I’ve had zero issues and am confident I’ll be happy with the overall results. Another plus is it doesn’t stop there. Dr Burroughs will continue to monitor and provide whatever is needed if necessary to maximize the results and minimize scarring. Above and beyond. Would definitely recommend. The outstanding care received through Springs Aesthetics has been phenomenal! I had my original consultation with Dr. Burroughs last year and scheduled my surgical procedure this past January (2022), the most convenient time for me. Since the procedure in January, I’ve also had 2 short minimally invasive procedures as well as a consultation & appt. in their spa. Overall, it has been truly amazing to see the results of my treatment within these last short 4 months. Sometimes we forget our original appearance when we see ourselves on a daily basis. But after reviewing my before/after pictures in the office, it is astounding. Each time I go into the office, Dr. Burroughs discusses my progress thus far, as well as expectations. I am truly happy with my results and the care that HE and his entire STAFF continue to provide. Honestly, I feel like they have all become part of my family…. I always feel right at home. By the way, I travel from Alaska to receive his care.

Dr. Burroughs is a great surgeon, and has a great team with him at Springs Aesthetics!

I had an eyelid lift and laser on my forehead and a lift of my forehead by Dr. Burroughs in August. He sent me home with goggles, bandages, ointment and medicines. I did not need any pain meds except for Tylenol. The areas where he lasered my skin did scab, but it’s not painful. Full recovery took a couple of months, but I could see improvement every week. After the swelling receded, one of my eyes was uncomfortable, watering, and itchy. Dr. Burroughs examined me and found that an eyelash in the corner of my eye was causing the discomfort. He plucked the eyelash, but it regrew and he finally removed it permanently – not a fun process, but so quick and easy! He continued to see me until he was sure that the problem would not recur. I could not be happier with the results! Dr. Burroughs and his staff were always polite and attentive and considerate. I highly recommend his practice. I have only had a consultation so far but I was really impressed! The office was very clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was super friendly, and Dr. Burroughs was thorough, friendly, helpful and listened to all of my concerns. He has a ton of experience and I feel comfortable with his recommendations and I look forward to working with him. I am trying to go through insurance and they have been taking care of everything in the background and even Dr. Burroughs is making sure that I have no issues. I had surgery 4 weeks ago and it was a very good experience. First of all, the office staff (every one of them) treated me as if we were friends. Even Dr Burroughs. During all of my visits (consultation thru follow up appts) he carried on conversations about his family, associates, etc that made me feel like I'd known him on a personal level. As an example of how he conducts his practice, I had mentioned that my husband has mild dementia but he still took care of me after the surgery and that our family have always called him "Dr Bob ". When Dr Burroughs heard that he went to the waiting room and calling him Dr Bob and told him he had taken very good care of me. It made my husband's day. If you are considering cosmetic surgery you won't be able to find another practice any friendlier or any more skilled than this one. One thing I forgot to tell you is that my results are fabulous! Went in for lid lift surgery, my eyes were constantly tired. He suggested that I use the lid lift goggles to minimize the bruising and swelling. Not only did they minimize it but I had no bruising and only a small amount of swelling. I am thrilled with the results!! My eyes are not tired all the time anymore and WOW my eyes look great!! Dr. Burroughs is awesome, not only for my results but also because he has a great personality and is very caring I referred a couple of friends to him and even got a handwritten thank you note!! They have a cuting edge device that can actually lift the saggy skin under your chin and neck and jowels without any cuting or surgery or needles. I believe its called Evoke. Who knew!
