Spends time to explain everything. Nothing is a dumb question to him. I trust him 100%
Dr Bauer is my daughter's pediatrician and he is very helpful and answers all my questions even if I think they may sound 'stupid'. He does not make me feel like I'm beneath him and he makes me feel like we are important to him. We are able to laugh together and I would recommend him!
I was with Dr Bauer for several years. I don't think he is very competent. I also think he does his referrals based upon drumming up business for his doctor friends. He will say they are the best, but they are far from it. After several bad experiences, I switched to another doctor in town. What a difference. Not like Dr Bauer at all. So nice and listens so well. Dr Bauer knows it all. Talks down to his patients. I can't believe I stayed with him so long. I guess it takes a lot to make a person change old habits. Even Dr Bauer's nurse practicioners are not any good. Probably a reflection of the coaching, direction and brow-beating they receive from Dr Bauer. If you are considering him, or this practice....don't. Wait times are terrible. Nevery less than 45 minutes late. Sometimes 2 hours late. What a way to run a business. Good luck. After a couple of years, his arrogance and poor communication became too much so I left his practice. Find someone else!
