Currently I am > 5 years post-op for 3 level ACDF and I feel amazing. He deserves 10+ stars

Dr. Ulloth provided excellent both Pre-OP and Post-OP consultation, not to mention the fantastic outcome of the surgery terminating 51 years of pain.

Dr. was great, but horrible experience with office manager M. back in 2014. Beyond rude and she screened messages so that I was never able to talk with the doctor directly. I ended up cancelling my upcoming surgery because of her.

Thank you so much for the difference you make in the lives of your patients! Your kindness, sincerely caring, and concern make everything better and are a great encouragement. Thank you so very much for taking care of me and being so skilled at what you do. Everyday of my life will be better because of you. With loves and aloha!

BEST...DOCTOR...EVER....Dr. Ulloth saved my step-mothers life. He had just moved to Maui and we were remarkably blessed to have him here when she fell and suffered a traumatic brain injury. Without him I feel certain that she would have died. It's been a long road since her fall in Feb. which has included now two successful brain surgeries by Dr. Ulloth. Along with his incredible technical expertise as a surgeon (perfect incision with hardly any bruising both times) he is also the nicest man with a tremendous commitment to his patients and a great sense of humor. This really matters when you're going through this kind of stress. He was also very pragmatic and realistic with his communication which was very much appreciated. I am proud to give him five stars in every area of this survey. My step-mother is now healing and recovering from her injury very well and determined to honor this second chance at life. Thank you Dr. Ulloth...please stay on Maui...our community needs you.

Dr Ulloth did all six of my head surgeries all can say is that he's the best doctor I've ever have seen

Dr. Ulloth is a wonderful surgeon, my problem is not with him at all. One of his staff is. I still have on going pain,needed surgery but because of my insurance and having to find a new primary dr time has lasps into months. Today I'm told no more pain meds 2 days before I'm to run out. Gives me this paper I signed about 3 months, did't even talk to him.well aware I was on a waiting list for over 2 months for a primary, my insurance even rushed it,I'm still waiting for the test place to call me.

I saw this doctor in the ER when I fractured my back. I was told to call his office for another appointment in 2 weeks. I left message after message and no one has ever called me back. I wonder if he knows that his staff is neglecting his patients.

Dr Ulloth was a very reassuring presence at a time in my life where I was sure that it might end. He was calm and knowledgeable, and explained anything I had questions about, as many times as I asked them. My case was a severe trauma and he made me feel safe, and calm. I have very few lasting effects and he was even recommended by the nurses at the hospital. Many who shared that he had even worked on them. The nurses are the ones who know who to go to for the best care. and I believe I got that.

Very reassuring, personable and instills trust immediately. He is following an ongoing problem and we are confident with his advice.

Dr. Ulloth performed a khytoplasty on my back at T9 on October 9, 2015. I am healing very well. He and his office staff have been wonderful to me. They are caring people. He answered every question I asked and released me yesterday with the instruction to be sure to call if I have any ongoing pain issues from the surgery. I would recommend him to everyone.

He's an excellent surgeon. He is very honest, positive, and he did an amazing job. Things I couldn't do for nearly 2 years due to my spinal issues were gone immediately after my surgery. He explained everything, exactly what he was going to do, and he was honest about what the surgery could, and could not give me, which helped tremendously in my recovery because I had no false hopes, and was able to deal with the recovery process head on clearly understanding it and knowing what to expect.
