Trying to pay my bill online, the information given to find it is incorrect, I have two bills and neither work. I also tried calling and cannot go through. Documenting every step of mailing my check to pay this so I'm not sent to collections.

Never sent me a bill and sent me to collections for such a little amount. Never tried to collect just went straight to collection .

I wasn't given a choice to use this place, the specimen from my surgery was sent there. I had a primary and secondary insurance who they refused to bill. I put the bill on a recurring payment plan with them, that they AUTOMATICALLY WITHDRAW EVERY MONTH, and they sent the bill to collections! If you call the number that is in thwir collections letter they tell you that they don't do automatic payments even though another branch of their billing department does. I found a random phone number for them online that had a different division of their massive billing department spiderweb who fixed the issue. This is a crooked company and, I find it disgusting that people are liable for a decision a hospital made while they are unconscious. Will send you to collections within 6 months, without any effort to even collect the bill. For like $200. Absolutely absurd. If you find out these crooks are involved in your procedure, steer clear.

Disgusting!! I got a huge ding on my credit, and was sent a collections bill, and I had never heard of them before. Their billing department puts in zero effort. I have never had to explain to a billing department how to do their job. I need to babysit this process as I get MY OWN bills. Looking at the other reviews here, and how are they still in business? Worst billing department in the business. Totally inept . File it with insurance yourself.

I just recieved a collection letter from this place that I didn't know it existed and everytime I try to call there busy or unable to answer giving me the turnaround

Terrible customer service, billing department worst. They send me collection letters for a bill i already paid 7 month ago. Do not use this place.

Literally Worst place in the land! Horrible Doctors and Horrible Service! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! They don't bother to send you an invoice or a bill but would love to send you to the collection agency. DISGRACE!

Avoid using Laboratory Medicine Consultants. Their Billing Department is very inept. They waited over 6 months to bill my insurance for a biopsy. Somehow they mixed up my Health Insurance with another person’s after obtaining the correct insurance info from my Dermatologist. I have tried to work with them for over 20 months and 2 months ago sent my $370 bill without Insurance to a collection agency after I was told that they would write my past due account off of the books. I get the statement on April 28, 2018 on May 4, 2018 called my home and wanted money. I just get the statement they must be hurting.
