Mr. Joe Potchanard Chauvapun

Chauvapun messed up my temporal artery biopsy and gave me a hematoma.

Running 2 1/2 hours behind and the front office acts like you are a piece for complaining! Your patients are older and you should show a little compassion ! They are already nervous about being there and you (office personnel) are rude and mean ! Disgusting to treat our older generation like this ! I would like to give zero stars ‘ ????????

The whole back office gives horrible service. I was told my autho would be sent out , a month later I called my Ins. And the office never even send out for Authorization to my Ins. I had to be the one calling around to get things done. Who ever is the owner of this office really needs to come in and check on the staff especially on Sonia who tells you one thing but is something else. This man is a rock star in the surgery room. He made me feel comfortable, helped me through my surgery. In short I felt completely at ease with him in charge even though I hate hospitals.

Doctor was fine, but the receptionists are trash. For such a serious medical issue such as anyurism you'd think they'd be a bit more responsible and diligent with patients paperwork.

After another doctor's failed attempt to repair a vascular issue in our family member, the doctor discussed the case with Dr Chauvapun. Based on Dr. Chauvapun's review of the case he convinced us he could do the surgery. I listened as he discussed the procedure but suddenly felt a sense of arrogance from him when he said "if I can't do it, no one can". He said he had done this surgery hundreds of times and has taught the procedure to many surgeons so he wasn't the least concerned. His first attempt failed and kept our family member in the hospital to attempt a different approach two days later, which never happened. Dr Chauvapun's eagerness to prove he was the best caused the surgery to take much longer and causing undue stress on our loved one. Any time a doctor is overly confident, run for the door and find someone who communicates the risks instead of how awesome he thinks he is.
