The office staff is very unorganized and unprofessional. Marcy has made the initial appointment for my oldest daughter. I had asked the office to contact pediatrician to get all of the necessary information and was assured this was going to be done prior to the scheduled date. On the day of the appointment I learned that Marcy somehow scheduled appointment for my other, younger daughter. How could such a mistake happen? Perhaps because Marcy was more interested in assuring our PPO insurance was verified... by the time this was done she must have forgotten all about which patient was to be seen in the first place. No information from primary physician was retrieved. On the phone, Marcy was rude. When I asked for her name she shouted “Marcy” and hung up. Wow... Our family finds that Dr. Gandy is cardiac pediatrician that listens to you, reaches out to their contacts and helps you form a medical plan. I can highly recommend Dr. Gandy.

Dr. Gandy was delightfully kind, extremely well informed, and very thorough. Our visit with her was well worth our time, and answered questions about my son’s condition no one else has answered before.
