Dr. Joanne R. Vogel

Dr. Vogel and her office staff never disappointed me. I was under her care for more than 5 years and she delivered my second baby via c-section. Her presence exudes confidence and professionalism accompanied by extensive knowledge and capabilities. I loved this doctor and wish more of her existed. Would absolutely recommend her to everyone. Delivered by two childrens with her.

First impression is everything. I was referred to San Ramon Obgyn And I tried to call the front desk to schedule an appointment, they pick my call and put me on hold for 20 mins (why pick the call at all?). I tried again and they stopped picking the call. After 2 days I called and got an appointment with the nurse who did a good job in providing the medication. Later I tried to call them regarding billing again the front desk staff put me on hold and never came back. Very inefficient front desk and admin staff. Dr. Vogel and Marybeth are amazing - but the front office staff lacks customer service and interpersonal skills. They may be the wrong staff to be in healthcare. The doctors are fabulous, highly recommend.

Absolutely the best and most knowledgeable OBGYN in the area. Had 2 surgeries with her. She is impeccable.

I have always had prompt service and everyone has always been very nice and professional. Being going to Dr. Vogel about 7 years now.

After seeing 2 other Ob/Gyn's, Dr Vogel had an up to date treatment for me and it gave me my life back. I've never waited more than 10 minutes. When I needed a test ASAP, her staff got on the phone and called multiple facilities until they found one who could see me that day. When I was hospitalized for a non Ob/Gyn cause, she checked in on me. After seeing 2 other Ob/Gyn's, Dr Vogel had an up to date treatment for me and it gave me my life back. This office is undisciplined. Untrained on FMLA. And most of all Money driven. I was referred by my trusted doctor to try this office. My first impression was terrible with the front desk. She wanted to discuss my visit up front while other were in the lobby close proximity . I insisted I wait to see the doctor or nurse practitioner. I walked away to gather my thoughts and returned to her telling me they cannot see me as a patient. I came to tell them I didn’t want to be seen by them and I

The wait time is pretty bad average 45 minutes, clear your schedule! The front office staff aren't very helpful and Joanna Vogel really needs to brush up on her bedside manners. However the other doctors in the office are great!

I had the most amazing experience with Dr. Vogel an expecting mother could ever have. I spent a lot of time on finding the OB I would feel comfortable with. Since it was my first pregnancy, it was very important to me to have an experienced Doctor who knows what to do in the event complications happen. I am glad I had her in the delivery room when my son was born. I would say my delivery was easy; however, I had internal tears and Dr. Vogel had to stop the bleeding and put some stitches. Apparently it was not an easy process but she did a great job. Dr. Vogel is a no-nonsense Doctor, very confident in her skills. I did not write any birth plans, like some women do. I just told her I wanted to have the most pleasant and painless experience during the delivery of my son. She definitely made it happen. Dr. Vogel is awesome. I delivered my third child under her care and she has been very helpful and caring through out my pregnancy. Everything went very smooth. I recommend her 100%.

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Vogel since about 2011 when we had our 2nd daughter. Just recently, we had our third and everything went smooth from the office visits, talking to Dr. Vogel and the procedure, to the care from the doctor. My wife spent countless hours looking for a great OB doctor in Pleasanton and Dublin, and we couldn't find one so she expanded her search to San Ramon and we found one of the most professional OBs around. We highly recommend her. Please keep in mind, and this goes for most OBs, if you have a morning appointment you might be waiting if the doctor is finishing up a surgery or has to attend to an emergency procedure. Horrible staff and doctor. It was my 2nd time visiting their office for a yearly exam. I agree with all the reviews out there that this office has very rude and unprofessional staff.
