She must only be nice to established, long term patients, because when I called her, she was rude and short with me, acting like I was bothering her. Just by this interaction, I could tell that she is someone that I would NEVER want as a doctor. She doesn't seem caring at all. I can't imagine her being any better once you make an appointment, if she's so rude on the phone. I'd suggest going somewhere else if you want someone who makes you feel comfortable and not like you are bothering them. Dr. Jacobs has been my family’s chiropractor for 30 years. My father has been her patient since the 80s, taking my brother and me as well when we were children. I can’t say enough good things about her and her practice. She treats the whole patient, using a holistic and gentle approach. Dr. Jacobs was been my chiropractor for over 20 years and she is amazing. She always finds what isn't right and adjusts with just the slightest touch. Highly recommended
