I left my visit with Dr. Choi feeling disappointed and that it was a waste of time. I was instructed to see an ENT due to a number of issues that are causing me pain and affecting my quality of life. Her quick analysis was that there's nothing wrong with me and that I'm making it all up. Her response was that I should, "take things down a notch," and be grateful for her conclusion. She lacks empathy and is dismissive.

Was nervous after reading reviews but the staff was friendly and professional. The Dr. Was nice and friendly she asked questions answer them Was very professional and took care of my problem.

She listened carefully to my ear problems... and she was interested in knowing the origin of my problem, sending me to other more advanced studies and I thank her because it is sad to hear another Doctor say... that I lost my hearing at the age of 44 without probable cause and nothing more! I had an appointment with Dr. Choi for the 1st time today and I am very pleased. Her staff was very patient with me and had great customer service. They made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Choi was extremely pleasant and explained everything to me. She was very thorough and allowed me to ask questions. I never once felt rushed. I felt like she actually listened to me and that is very important to me. I like that she had put in place a plan of action to get down to the root of my sinus issues.

I was referred to her by my PC due to ongoing issues with my left ear. I recently recovered from another earache in that ear and ended up going to CareNow because it was a weekend. The physician at CareNow said there was a hole in my left ear. My PC also said she has seen a hole in my left ear. However, Dr Choi said “there is not a hole in your ear and whoever said that do not know what they’re talking about”. “You don’t have to believe me, but there is no hole in your ear”. I then asked her why do I keep having so many problems with my ear? To which she stated she did not know, it could be any number of reasons (isn’t that’s why I came to you so that you could help me figure it out?!?!). I am having hard time for my seasonal allergy and want to make an appointment with Dr.Choi. So I called the office to make an appointment and the lady told me that someone will reach out to me to set up the appointment. I've been waiting for 3 days for someone calling me but no one called me and I called the office back and I explained what happened. The lady who got answered phone, she heard what I explained but she just said what she wants to say and didn't respect the patient. She was so rude and sounds like so mad. I don't know about the Dr.Choi but your staffs are so rude and not respectful and not responsible about their job! NO RECOMMEND! Only go to Dr. Choi if you want to be overcharged and never get a solid diagnosis. A complete waste of my time and money. Beware of extra charges that are not discussed up front... or better yet, just go somewhere else.

Horrible experience. I ended up with Empty Nose Syndrome from another Dallas doctor. It's a condition that is basically torture, it happens from sinus surgery. I went to see her since Weprin didn't want to face what he had done to see if she could help with the dryness. The second I mentioned Empty Nose Syndrome, she reached over and closed the door. How bizarre! So she doesn't want other people to know about this condition. Wow. She got very agitated and said "I don't know what you want me to do for you." I said Can you at least look and tell me what it looks like in there? We talked a little while longer and she said "Follow me." I went after her thinking we were going to another room. Nope! She walked me to the front, turned her back on me, and handed the front desk my paperwork. She was done with me! I have never left a negative review for a doctor. But since I myself always check reviews and usually pay a lot of attention to them in how I choose a doctor (even though I didn't pay attention to them in this case...cause she already has bad reviews) I must leave one. Do not go to this doctor if you can help it. God bless her...I am sure she is a good person. But her attitude towards patients has almost no empathy...she does not listen when you explain your symptoms... I have called several times explaining what I have...but they don't want me to come in...cause they don't think they can do anything for my tinnitus...even though I am experiencing many other things, which they don't listen to...and this all happened so suddenly after my child's birth four months ago.. Went to this quack 2 years ago because my ear sounded like it was under water. Dr Choi said I was just losing my hearing due to age, I was 62 at the time. Fast forward 2 years and now I'm having severe headaches. Had MRI done yesterday and turns out there's fluid in that ear with infection. Same ear the quack told me was fine even though I told quack sometimes my ear would pop and I could hear clearly before it stopped back up. Now I'm on antibiotics. What a terrific doctor. Have been trying to fix a sinus problem for many years. Dr. Choi was very thorough in her examination and explanation. I woke up from surgery and could breathe better than I had in 10 years. Followed her home care instructions and felt good enough to get back to work after one days rest. THANK YOU!!!!

Had an appointment at 10. Arrived at 9:40 and was not seen until 10:40. She didn't really listen to my needs and kept going on about the opiod problem in America. We were discussing having my tonsils removed due to having strep multiple times and rather than talk about the procedure, how, why, how to prevent strep, anything like that- she was really trying to just tell me not to have my tonsils removed, that she couldn't do anything for me, and that if i did have it done, they can't prescribe pain meds. Makes me wonder if she got in some type of trouble for prescribing too many or too high dose? I had to pay out of pocket to see her, and honestly felt i would have gotten more satisfaction out of starting all that money on fire. Seriously, I will not go back and recommend you search for someone who is willing to offer SOMETHING. Some type of help or relief.

Terrible, Terrible and more terrible. Totally antiquated system. She does not listen and her staff is extremely unprofessional and rude once you are attempting to tell her your issues if she does not agree she will over talk you and tell you to go back to you PCP to see if something else can be figured out. She sets up a follow up after no diagnosis during the initial to extort money. She is limited in her scope and refused to research the symptoms she's being complained to about. She is unprofessional and totally lacks empathy for patient care. I spent a lot of money with her practice for her to find nothing and to be racially inappropriate as well as inept. Please do your research and go elsewhere. She needs to learn sensitivity to each patient as everyone does not have the same issue, as well as understand when someone is expressing their symptoms empathy, compassion and professionalism go along way. Refunds should be given, when another ENT finds the cause!!

barely acknowledged me as a patient and rushed through whole process and acted like she could not be bothered also didnt have my prescription filled correctly

Linda the front desk receptionist is rude and very un professional. The office manager doesn't seem to care. I just pray seeing this Dr. will be worth all the headache. This Linda lady doesn't appreciate having a job and truth is she probably won't if that attitude doesn't change.

I love Dr. Choi and I think she is very professional and treated my son and my family like she really cared about his symptoms and treatment. Sometimes with reviews it's not about if they act like they want to be your best friend. It's about knowledge, experience and expertise in their field.

I was originally referred to a different specialist but the referral specialist told me about Dr. Choi. I asked if I was able to switch since it was closer to my home and I'm so glad I did! The office is clean and the office staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful when I would ask questions. I have a hospital nursing background and initially, I was worried that seeing a specialist (I've never had to before) would be like some of the experiences I've heard about from past patients or coworkers... that the specialist would be hurried and "not helpful". I'm happy to report that I had a great experience. What impressed me most about Dr. Choi was her excellent bedside manner. She listened to me with no interruptions or distractions, she answered all my questions, and seemed thorough in her exam, diagnostics and education about what I needed to do at home and follow-up. Even though she had other patients to see or she was busy, she didn't make me feel like that. Very attentive and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her! ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY WITH UNSENSITIVE CHOI SHE CARES LESS AND HER STAFF IS RUDE . I CAME IN W/ SEVERE EAR PAIN SHE SPENT LESS THAN 2 MINS WITH ME THE VISIT WAS SO RUSHED EVEN WITH AN EMPTY OFC. EACH TIME I ATTEMPTED TO ASK QUESTIONS SHE WOULD OVER TALK OPENING THE DOOR. DID NOT OFFER AN RX FOR ANY OTHER ISSUES EXPERIENCING. STATED IF U DONT FEEL BETTER CALL BCK I WILL SEND TO PHARMACY A SCRIPT .LIES WHEN I CALLED THEIR AIM IS TO SET OF A NEW VISITATION !! JUZ VISITED 2 DAYS AGO , I DONT NEED A NEW APPT. Wonderful doctor! Staff is great. No delays.

Dr. Choi is very friendly, professional and knows her stuff! She quickly identified a hearing issue for my teenage son when we didn't realize he wasn't hearing properly. She performed necessary surgical procedure which helped. My son is very comfortable with her and will not go anywhere else.

I visited several times to have my sinus issue looked at and after trying over and over and being billed for over $300 just to look up my nose I decided to have another doctor assist. I went to Dr Choi for a problem I was having with my throat. She was so nice and friendly. She explained everything before she did it and she even told me what she thought was wrong before looking with a scope and was correct! I'm shocked that anyone has had anything bad to say looking at the other reviews. Not only was she and we some but so was her nurse. I wish she was a family practice.

I was promptly seen. Dr Choi was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond the reason for my visit.

She didnt inform me about the results of the test she did on me. My doctor that referred me to her had to call her for the results. I have to pay a big amount of the co pay without them explaining to me the procedure theyll do and without giving the results of the test done.
