Well, Dr. Jimmy Huebert may be the defacto saviour for many out there with back pain, but I will never know. His office staff is populated by blithering morons all with IQs in the minus column. I was referred to Dr. Huebert by my regular doctor. The referral was sent over and I gave him all of my requisite insurance information when I called to schedule the initial appointment, which they made for 10 days later. But, when I show up for my appointment, the idiot at the front desk told me immediately that they couldn’t see me because my insurance was out of their network. WHAT!!! You couldn’t have told me that 10 days ago when I first called??? Now you have completely wasted 10 days of my time, all spent in excruciating pain only mollified by drugs, some of them opioids for the pain. What was their response: “Oh, we’re very sorry.” Yeah, that really helps. You know where you can stick this apology; vapid as it is. So, double-check, triple-check, even quadruple-check your insu

I've been seeing Dr Huebert since about 2013, he has great advice, non surgical approach but doesn't shy away from referring you to a good surgeon if needed. He has helped with my spinal pain and degenerative condition. PRP, Prolo and hyper acute are new options that have helped get my body back to being pain free. Injections to my SI joints as well as my shoulder and bursa have given me my ROM back and alleviated my pain. I'm now 31 and any time I need help with an injection, non-surgical treatment, or just need advice, I call Dr. Huebert and I know he will help me. Dr. Huebert, as well as his long term nurse on staff and front end manager Megan, have been a huge help in managing my multiple injuries from being a hairstylist for almost 20 years. My husband has been coming to Dr. Huebert for at least 15 years as well, and he has given him many years on injuries that would've been diagnosed as needed to be operated on right away. His knowledge on all things related to 'regenerative' medicine and options, as well as his vast knowledge of chronic pain give him the ability to assess quickly and come up with a game plan for moving towards repair and feeling as pain free as possible. Megan manages the front end and assists Dr. Huebert extremely efficiently as well. They both have amazing bedside manner and you can tell that Dr. Huebert loves what he does and truly cares. I’ve been a patient for a few years now, due to herniated discs in my neck that cause intense burning pain, radiating down my arms. He has done wonders with injections and pain management for me. I’m finally going to be able to have surgery in 2 months, and I’ve been able to wait this long because of Dr. Huebert. And his front office staff and MA are really nice and helpful. Dr Huebert is a doctor with many different offerings. Aside from regenerative medicine he now has a wide spectrum of specialized aesthetic services available. I decided to go ahead with a thermal lipo process where fat is gently harvested from the body rather than sucked out like a shop vac, way different than regular liposuction. Not only did he remove fat from my gut and flanks, he also used the same laser technology to tighten up loose skin I had from losing 80 lbs several years ago. My results are stunning and I'm simply amazed how easy it was, what a great "artist" he was sculpting my abs and he bedside demeanor was kindness all the way. I have no idea why there are such negative reviews, Dr Huebert has a really nice practice, it is low key, but I have always been seen in a very professional and timely manner. He has done many knee injections and at least 13 spine injections for me and every time I walk out of his office I am thankful to how kind and personable he is but most of all thrilled that he is super great at what he does. Been going to see Dr Hubert for 2 years. He has greatly improved my neck and shoulder which were injured in a car accident. He has literally kept me from having a disk replaced and shoulder surgery. Never had a problem with the staff or with waiting to see the doctor. I really don’t understand the negative reviews. They have gone out of their way to call me back. Dr Huebert has a really very nice practice, it is low key, but I have always been seen in a very professional and timely manner. There are many competing doctors that provide the same service in this area. Pick one of those!! The doctor was fine however 2.5 years after service I was sent a bill for $2,000 and told they audited their books and I owed this immediately. So it takes them two years but I have to come up with $2,000 in one month. No phone call just a letter. I called twice to pay it, got the answering machine, left a message telling them I will pay it over the phone with a card (luckily I can but not everyone can) and no call back-twice! Just got a letter from collections for the bill plus interest. I will pay the bill without the interest. Find an Office that has a competent, timely and accurate billing system. Please!! I just googled to remind myself of the phone number and noticed a few negative reviews which I just didn't understand. My experience was very positive. Went in for a frozen shoulder and Dr. Huebert got me in right away for a cortizone shot. I'm now having issues with my other shoulder and am going back to Dr. Huebert as I was very pleased with my first experience. His staff were all very nice. Smart doctor but his office staff are terrible. They are incredibly unprofessional. There are no follow ups and they don't even know which insurances they accept. Had a billing issue that took weeks to fix.

This place sucks. I pulled my calf badly playing basketball. I was referred to this place by a physical therapist who said I may have done real damage. I made the appointment for 945 am on Wednesday. They told me on the phone to download all of the standard forms and fill them out prior to coming in so I could be seen quickly. I did just that but waited in the lobby for over an hour before the Dr. saw me. Once he graced me with his presence he pulled on my leg a little, asked me a few questions and told me I probably tore my planteris tendon or maybe partially ruptured my Achilles. Then told me that if I played for Manchester United that they would do some stem cell therapy and I would be back in 2 weeks, BUT you don't play for Manchester united so it will be about 6 months. I am a 41 year old father of two and could care less about Manchester United's ability to get people back. He said to be sure we need to get an MRI. He didn't even offer to help me mitigate he pain in the meantime. I had make shifted a brace I bought I amazon that was casing serious bruising and he didn't even hear me when I told him that. He just wanted me out of his office quickly because the waiting room had a bunch of people who had to wait as well. There were like 7 people waiting and there is only one doctor. The staff said I would be called that day for scheduling the MRI once they spoke to my insurance. I have the best health insurance money can buy and they were never contacted. The staff never called me. I had to call them and they told me they hadn't heard back. I called the next day and no answer. I found out after listening to the voice greeting that they are closed on Thursday. I emailed them that I was in serious pain, couldn't walk, and needed an MRI apt or someone to call me Friday. Here it is Friday and nothing. I called and had to leave a message and still nothing. I have since called another sports medicine place that's trying to help. Who closes on Thursdays? I have never written a review like this ever and am so understanding of doctors, and places like this, but I cannot get over the lack of care and communication. The Dr. thinks he is God's gift to Doctors but he is far from it and his staff is the worst I have ever encountered. If you hurt yourself, go elsewhere. This place sucks. I can't understand these low reviews at all. I first saw Dr. Huebert 15 years ago and he was incredibly helpful. He gave me a prolotherapy injection into my patellar tendon which made a huge difference for me. Recently, years after my first visit, I had another injury and I saw him and he was again very helpful. Great sports doctor.

Dr Huebert changed the quality of my life. I have been seeing him for more than 4 years now and will continue to see him for as long as things come up. I love love love him!! They are a busy office and completely understand that i have to call back and follow through on my end. It's to be expected sometimes. Other times, they call back immediately if they don't answer the phone the first time. I've shown up to his office for an appointment at 10:00 and folks are standing outside waiting for him to open when they don't have an appointment, just so he can help them.
