There are not enough great words to describe Dr.James Einhorn's greatness,professionalism,kindness,knowledge, willingness to help his patients always!He got a very high level of a tolerance and a patience to listen to his patient's problems and always finding solutions.He always gives a perfect medical treatment. He never ever turns down to give his patients an appointment when they ask for one,even if he is overbooked.He always adds on the appointment if the need arises. Very Disappointed I didn’t expect From Dr James Einhorn practice but I found him unprofessional the way he treated my 14 year old Down Syndrome Daughter. I have been trying calling the Clinic just to upload the Prescription to the Insurance company as the insurance wanted that the treating Doctor should upload his note to the Insurance so they can release the medication for my daughter as this the insurance company wanted medication Pre authorization . This request made me calling the clinic for almost 10 days and I was be giving instructions from the Doctor receptionist that we have the conveyed your message to the doctor once he do all the paper work we will call you. On 12/14/2020 it was raining and I went walking to his clinic I waited to meet the Dr James but he didn’t had the professional courtesy to come and talk to me even his clinic was not busy at all and I was told by the receptionist that we have inform the doctor And he Said that he can’t meet at this time and told me no need to once we do we call you I told the receptionist that it’s almost 10 days we are waiting but no response from the Doctor . With disappointment I have to leave the clinic without any professional help . This note is for you dr James as I can’t reach you but I hope and pray that you can read my notes and with note your inner conscious can awake you. Please don’t treat and act like this to Disable children like the way you did to my child . My parents should rest in peace started with Dr James Einhorn many years ago.Then I had the pleasure and still do using him. He is a sincere and honest man. I had to redo two ingrown toe nails that the former podiatrist didn't do correctly. He took care of me like I was his own! He has a very nice personality and cares for each of his patients. Thank you Dr. Einhorn for your great service not only to the community but for the patients who travel far to come to you!! First visit was nervous but as soon as I met the doctor and was taking care of,I felt more relaxed.He has a great bedside manner. And will continue to go and get my feet taken care of professionally

Went to see Dr. Jill Einhorn with a painful fungal toe nail...expected many visits instead in 20 minutes was taken care of in a professional,honest and friendly way..left feeling great knowing I was given great care and was not being fleeced for more visits...Dr. Jill Einhorn was excellent

Surprise! After wearing really stupid shoes, I fractured the 5th metatarsal bone in my right foot. I was rushed to Dr. Jill Einhorn very depressed to learn I would have to be immobile for longer than I'd hoped for (a week!) I also developed a blood clot in that leg that, Thanks to Dr. Jill, was found and treated.. She literally saved my life!!I I absolutely recommend Dr. Jill Einhorn and have actually told everyone at work, family and friends about her expert care and warm bedside manner. She treated me like I was her own family and I will never forget that. I am back to normal walking, working and dancing again! I hope you never need to but if you do... Saw Dr. Jill Einhorn upon the recommendation of a close friend. The doctor addressed my very painful problem in both a professional and caring way. Minutes later, I was walking almost pain free for the first time in months. For me, Dr. Jill is tops. Well worth the trip from northern Queens.

This is a review of Dr. James Einhorn, Doctor of Podiatric Medicine, with offices located at 2616 Avenue U in Brooklyn, NY. I am the second generation in my family to be cared for by Dr. Einhorn. Dr. James cared for my father for over 20 years, and I’ve been his patient for about 15 years, consulting with him for several different injuries. The treatments I have received have always been successful. The Avenue U office is clean, cheerful and equipped with up-to-date medical devices such as a digital x-ray machine that presents diagnostic images within moments. Incompetent staff. Did not return my call to let me know if they received my referral, and than shrugged it off when I was on my way there already. Did not know how to find my referral on line. Very unhelpful. Cancelled my appt. and will find another podiatrist
