It's a shame that so many doctors have such terrible staff. It is so difficult to schedule appointments with Dr. Macias. The scheduling department doesn't answer the phone before 9 or after 4:30 and they're closed for lunch from 12-1. And even then you have to wait forever to actually talk to someone. The best in his field!

Dr. Macias is excellent with kids. My daughter has always been terrified of Dr's visits. Dr. Macias earned her trust and for the first time my daughter was not anxious and crying. He did a thorough check up and had his staff request records from two other hospitals. He spent plenty of time with us to ensure we understood what was going on.

The doctor was very friendly and easy to talk to. We even got a suggestion for a long term issue with my daughter. The nurse seemed grumpy, but was not rude.

What a wonderful man to work with children. My babysitter canceled last minute so I had to take my 3yr old with me to his sisters visit. He was so patient with me and my children and even involved my son.
