The service and care is the top on the line, all personnel were always helpful, and courteous. If I even need wound care again, I will go back.

The very best care anyone could ever have. Dr Hidalgo was very professional, kind, sincere and honest. He explained Linda’s situation and how he was going to proceed with her care. His staff is excellent and always ready to do whatever was required. The best part was when Linda rang the bell. She even wore her Carenomics shirt that day. We can’t thank you enough.

We were very pleased with the clean facilities and the friendly staff at Carenomics. Everyone was helpful and so gentle with my care during visits. I never dreaded going to Dr. Hidalgo because it was like going to see extended family. Everyone was very professional, personable, and kind. They never hesitated to answer any questions and concerns. Waiting time was not a problem. We had to drive 70 miles to Lubbock to see Dr. Hidalgo and we would do it again if someone needs wound care.

This is the best doctor’s office we’ve found. Not only is the medical staff very professional and up to date, the front office staff are the most considerate of your needs and always respond in a positive manner. Sometimes you don’t have to see the doctor, the staff automatically make you feel better!

My dad had struggled for almost a year with an infection and finally we were referred to Dr. Hidalgo and he is cured and it only took 3 weeks!! I would highly recommend him!! Everyone was so kind and helpful and treated us like life long friends!! We loved everything about this doctor and his staff!!

My husband (Billy Pierce) has been seeing him for over a year and has made tremendous progress on an old wound that the VA ignored for over 10 years. Dr. Hidalgo and his staff are an amazing team. We are celebrating the healing of my husband's diabetic leg ulcers, thanks to the care and expertise of Dr. Hidalgo and his team. It is very important, we learned, to see a qualified Wound Care Specialist for this. There is a very specific regimen for treating leg ulcers. We are so grateful that the diabetes doctor referred us to Carenomics. The office was very clean, attractive, easy for us to navigate, and did not require walking down long hallways (we have mobility issues). Covid precautions were in place. Staff are extremely well trained and friendly. Dr. Hidalgo explains everything so very well - you know what is being done and why. He taught us important steps we should take to lessen the likelihood of the ulcers recurring. Thank you to Dr. Hidalgo and his staff - we are very grateful and would highly recommend them. l

Dr. Hidalgo and his staff have helped me through a very scary and confusing wound problem. The doctor's treatment and explanations have relieved me greatly! The staff; nurses, technicians and reception have been all been helpful, friendly and very professional. I was VERY happy to find the Carenomics Wound Care Center because there are few such organizations...at all! Thankfully, my PCP at TTUHSC referred me and I have been seeing them since October 2020. Dr. Hidalgo is the best wound care doctor in all of Lubbock County. He knows his stuff and his compassion for his patients is over the top. This attitude spills over to his staff too. He is an expert in his field as far as professional knowledge. I am a witness to his work and will say first hand CAREnomics is the only place to go for wound care. He will never give up onyou and will not let a you give up. I do not know to many doctors that will call you back after leaving a weekend voice mail message. Usually you wait until the next business day to get a response however this is not true with Dr. Hidalgo. He is terrific. Bless you CAREnomics and thank you for your care.

There was no caring atmosphere to be found in this place. Rude and incompetent are the two best terms I can use. See anyone else and get better care!

Dr. Hidalgo started treating a very bad wound on my foot back in December of 2019. It was an extremely hard wound to treat but Dr. Hidalgo and all his staff worked hard to get it healed and after 6 months they got it done and I was able to walk normally again! I can’t say enough great things about these professionals at CAREnomics. They are absolutely fantastic!

I was facing a wound that wouldn’t heal after surgery. Dr. Hidalgo took over and now 5 months later I am less than a month away from being healed!!!!! Would recommend Hildago to anyone and everyone.

I highly recommend Dr. Hildalgo and his entire staff..When I first visited his office, I was in extreme distress with a serious wound that was infected...He explained the procedures and the length of time needed to complete .my treatment...visited every week for 24 weeks...Did everything that was asked of me..and treatments went very well..Both Dr Hildalgo and his staff are very caring and professional in their treatment...They were as excited as I was when I was released from their care.....

He is very compassionate, caring, and honest. He has the best "bedside" manner of any doctor I have ever visited. I give Dr Hildalgo the credit for convincing me have bariatric surgery, and the resulting improvement in my quality of life and overall health and happiness. Dr Hildalgo will take the time to talk to you about ANYTHING that is bothering you, and give you his honest opinion. If Dr Hildaglo ever opens his own practice, you can bet I would want him to be my PCP!! He is fantastic!

Dr. Hidalgo and his staff treated a wound for my mother. It took six months to heal, which was not unexpected due to her conditions and medications for said conditions. Dr. Hidalgo and staff were ALWAYS courteous, knowledgable, and compassionate. They celebrated with us when the wound finally healed!

Dr. Hidalgo has been amazing for my husband. He is the most honest, professional, and sincere doctor in this journey. A few months ago we thought that my husband's life was going to be very short lived... now we have hope of a life and with his foot. He now has a chance of life with his foot!!!

Dr Hidalgo started treating a wound for me. we thought it might be 6-14 weeks. In 4 weeks the wound is almost healed and doing very well. Dr.Hidalgo ands staff are happy, courteous, concerned and very knowledgeable. I appreciate them and would highly recommend Dr. Hidalgo.

we spent 3 weeks under his care and he did nothing. The wound got progressively worse and he did nothing to aliviate the pain. In the end the foot had to be amputated.
