My son saw this doctor for over a year and I would not recommend her to anyone with young children. She barely looked at my son the times we did see her. Doctor gautreaux even told me multiple times that my son has zero muscle tone issues, when he in fact has an official diagnosis of hypotonia, and clearly has muscle tone issues. I'm angry that my son's diagnosis, and therefor appropriate services, was delayed over a year because of this seemingly uncaring doctor. As a parent over the years I have learned it is not easy to find good doctors. I am more than pleased with the friendly, and professional care Dr. Gautreaux has given my son for 6 years, and counting. I am confident with her medical decisions, since she has always proven to be very thorough during examination and with her course of treatments. She is very informative, always explaining things in details, in a manner I can clearly understand. Patient questions are kindly encouraged, and answered in details with care.
