I can't even begin to tell you how frustrated I have been lately. I had a HSG done with Boston IVF AZ, Dr. Hade & his staff. I'm writing this review 2-3 years after doctor Hade did this. Fast forward to now, I am with a different fertility doctor that we absolutely love! I reach out to Boston IVF to get my medical records so my new doctor can see exactly how to proceed with which IVF cycle we should do. They have sent In records request forms I want to say 3-4 times now not including the ones that I have also tried sending in, Well the office where I had my HSG done in Scottsdale is GONE! it doesn't exist. I called Boston IVF the Brookline location to get my medical records from them they proceeded to tell me that they have no access to the AZ records!!! I called the company that has now “taken over” and was told they do not have any records for me and they can't help me...?? I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with how they have ZERO urgency to help. Oh wait! Before I forget, I was also made aware that BOSTON IVF billed my fertility benefits WRONG taking an unnecessary amount from it! So I will be reaching out to the health department in Arizona and in Boston. I recommend never using this company! It’s extremely upsetting.

I can't even begin to tell you All the frustrations I've had with Boston IVF AZ, Dr. Hade & his staff. I'm writing this review 2 years after doctor Hade did an IUI for me. He didn't want to stay in the room long enough to answer one question, His nurse was not the nicest she seemed like I was bothering her or she was just annoyed that I was there. The one person I remember that stood out who was really nice was the phlebotomist drawing my blood. Fast forward past the IUI And the 2 week wait to see if the procedure worked when I came in the 1st thing doctor Hade Brought up before we even did the ultrasound Were steps to take if a miscarriage occurred, he started talking about D&C, it made me really upset because his timing is terrible, that's not something a patient who comes in for an ultrasound after their 2 week wait wants to hear. His bedside manner Is the worst. Needless to say that pregnancy ended in a loss. Fast forward to today, February 2023. I reach out to Boston IVF to get my medical records so I can see a specialist for all the diagnostic testing Boston IVF did, Well the office where I had my IUI in Scottsdale is like a GHOST, technically...ONLINE. it doesn't exist. I called Boston IVF in Massachusetts to get my medical records from them they proceeded to tell me they've never heard of a doctor Hade and he has never worked for Boston IVF and they can't help me...??hmmm. Long story short 4 hours and a bunch of phone calls later back-and-forth no one can seem to give me my medical records....... So I will be reaching out to the health department in Arizona and in Boston. For any other patients who We're not so lucky to be a patient at this office Good luck trying to find your records every office that I called says The medical records transferred over with doctor Hade (but to where??) and he now works in New York. I've been in healthcare for 17 years and I am embarrassed By the way this company handles their patients Both emotionally and physically. DO BETTER OR DON'T DO IT @ ALL!!

Dr. Hade and his team were fantastic from beginning to end. I have some complicated issues but he was upfront, honest, and hopeful right from the start. I was able to have my baby girl in September 2020 thanks to the hard work from his team. If you need ART care, go see Dr. Hade. Note: I have not returned since the transfer from Boston IVF however I can assume the change had zero impact on Dr. Hade, or his team's, care. Dr. Hade was able to help me fulfill my dream of having a family with not only one, but TWO successful pregnancies and births. I hope to have one more and will be going back to him. He is very direct, but I appreciate his honestly and realistic attitude. I would highly recommend him.

Staff was amazing! Dr Hade is excellent at his craft. We have a healthy baby boy thanks to him

I was very displeased with my experience. Bed side manner was not good and office was not welcoming. I redid the same procedure again a month after at a different clinic and it was night and day!! This just was not the place for me !

I would definitely recommend Dr Hade and his staff to anyone who is looking for help in conceiving. My husband and I had been trying to have a baby for a few years with no luck and decided to contact Dr Hade for help. I am an older woman so my egg storage is quite low. We met with the doctor who had clearly and honestly discussed options and statistics with us. It was a leap of faith but after 10 months of tests and 3 cycles, I finally got pregnant. My pregnancy went without any issues and I gave birth to our first little boy last week. He is beautiful and healthy and I have the staff at Dr Hade’s to thank for this miracle.

Dr. Hade is by far the best and most thorough fertility specialist in the Valley.

Very informative and upfront with all procedures and expectations throughout the fertility process. I felt comfortable in his care and ability to answer my questions, which is important to me.

Dr. Hade was referred to me by a close friend and I am so grateful!! He is patient and caring. He took his time and even took calls directly when I was worried! I've been to two other fertility centers who could not help me. Until now, I had lost hope. Dr. Hade was the ONLY one who knew the right protocol for us and now we are having a family. Thank you to the whole staff for all you support!
