Yes. I've been a patient for many years and he has always helped me with my chronic pain. He is a joy to be around and believes in his patients. He is a great doctor and I appreciate all his patience over the years.

Some of you just don’t know how blessed you are. If only I could find Dr. Mike and his staff after I moved away, and am set for major surgery on my back in three weeks with no pain management Dr. after I showed up today and had mine tell me a crock of I had to pick and choose which meds that were my routine meds since 2003 to come off of, with what?????? Only less than three weeks until major back surgery. I would be feeling very safe in their arms, as I always did for many many many years! And they always had the best staff that really cared. He was a big teadybear that would never hurt or harm anyone! If they only knew that since they’ve seen me I had a miracle baby in 2009 they would all shed tears of joy for me. Because I lost six babies. I would do anything to find them and show them my beautiful baby girl! Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Today I chose to walk away from the most uncaring Pain Management Dr, that didn’t care about his patients. God Bless! I miss Dr. Mike and his brother and Sue, and their whole staff! Some people just don’t know how great these Dr.’s are! They took care of me for years, until I had to move away?? If they only knew that in 2009 I had a MIRACLE Baby, they would shed tears of joy for me. After so many losses, and a terrible SCI, there was no hope. She is MY WHOLE WORLD?? I’ve searched for them many times, and cried today as I’m less than 3 weeks from major surgery. I walked away from the WRONG Dr. today.I miss y'all

Three months ago my mother was taking enough pain medicine to put a 1200 lb. HORSE on the ground. Today, (under a new doctor) she has cut that amount down to 1/3 and is completely off her pain pump. NO THANKS TO DR. STANTON who almost killed my mother!!! My mother unfortunately had Dr. "Mike" as her pain management doctor for TOO MANY years! He never took the initiative to even measure her pain. He DID however, intimidate her into believing that she would never come off the pain medicine. AFTER her 3rd back surgery she sought a new Pain Management Doctor (a REAL Doctor with credentials and residency to prove it). Dr. Mike had a FIT!!! He was like a child. Telling her SHE BETTER NOT take any other medicine from another doctor, AND that she BETTER keep her pump filled with narcotics or it will go bad in her. When she told him she was going to have the pump removed he FLIPPED on her. He threatened her that ONLY HE could remove the pump that she SIGNED a CONTRACT!!! B S !!! The new doctor assured her that the pump would be fine empty and if need be they could fill it with saline until the NEW DOCTOR could remove it. There is no contract. This doctor still calls my mother 2 months later, reminding her that her prescriptions are ready to be refilled and that the PUMP is overdue it filling. He is NOT a real doctor. ODs are people who could NOT make it into medical school. He is an overzealous anesthesiologist!!! Nothing more! He is a quack and only preys on people who are in desperate need.
