Very bad experience at the office. I am not speaking for Dr. Huo or the medical care provided at the clinic, but rather of the office staff and paperwork processes. Office staff seemed very poorly trained and know next to nothing about medical insurance. I went to the clinic twice, and the office staff told me that my insurance is accepted. But a few weeks after my last visit I received a call, saying that they cannot accept my insurance and I need to call my insurance provider. I did and the insurance provider said everything is resolved, and Dr. Huo's staff agreed. But a few weeks later I got another call, also saying that my insurance is not accepted. I went through all the hard work of calling my insurance provider and the office multiple times, and seemed to get it resolved once and for all. But a few weeks after that they mailed me a statement saying I have to pay almost $3000 out of pocket. This review is not for the doctor as I never even got that far. I generally don't give one star reviews, but this was such a bad experience and such a waste of time. Their support staff was very junior/ unprofessional. They look like highschooler in a seasonal job which is fine, but this explains some of the problems that arised during my appointment. I gave my paperwork to one of the four girls and two mins later another woman looks at me and then tells the one girl who was helping me out that she needs her. Meanwhile two of them werent assisting anyone and she could've asked any one of them for help. The girl gets up and leaves the room without saying anything to me. So I didn't know when she would be back or if someone else is going to help me as she had my paper works. A few minutes later another girl from the other room asked if I was being helped and was able to assist me which was great. Just putting my information into their system and billing me took over half an hour.....meanwhile at the same time they were also try to escort a older gentleman with a walker off the premises because he wanted a refund for a procedure. Two security guards were called and all of the receptionist froze like a deer in headlights. The man was yelling for over 40 mins or longer (because I checked in when he was already there). They moved him from one room to another....which was only divided by the receptionist table. So everyone can hear everything. I ended up leaving because I was charged for my copay and then 5 mins later they said I needed to pay $200 more because my deductible wasn't met. It didn't sit right with me that they didn't tell me that when I was paying for my copay. I wasn't able to use my FSA card because they couldn't get the card reader to work for it. I was afriad that whenever or if ever I got to see the doctor, they will give me another bill...... Honestly just save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Dr Jerry Huo is great. Staff however, need to be a little more understanding for patients with care givers. I explained to the desk agent that I need to accompany my mother in the care room while checking her in because she needs acute attention due to her complicated situation and she brushed me off two times and said the doctor will let you know if he needs you. That is not what I asked. The point of my visit was to make sure our concerns were addressed which sometimes my elderly parent cannot deliver accurately. went in waits are fairly quick and if it isn't, its still worth the wait, Dr. Huo is very knowledgeable and did an excellent job on fixing my deviated septum with surgery. Can't be more happier. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Dr. How is a very thorough ENT specialist. I've been going to him for 4yrs...and no complaints. His office/clinicians team are very pleasant and helpful. I would refer anyone with ENT issues to Dr. Huo and I have. No complaints for them.

I had my neck surgery with Dr Huo, he's very patient to explain to me the whole surgery, the outcome and make sure my scar is healed nice and smoothly. His front desk and assistant also very nice, they comfort me during the time that I'm very sad about I have to undergo a surgery.

Dr Huo did my thyroid surgery in 2013, I was broken down in tears when I learned that I have thyroid cancer, he comfort me and told me everything will be alright after the surgery, I went home the same day of my surgery, and now almost 5 years passed, I'm cancer free and thanks to Dr Jerry Huo and his team, everyone is so helpful and genuinely nice to me, I also went back to him for my dizziness and other ENT problems, I trust his doctor so much and recommend him to many my friends family too!

Seriously the staff are very unprofessional. Had to wait for 2 hours. Requested the doctor to send the script to the pharmacy and when I get to the pharmacy they said they didn't receive it. Called the office only to hear that they are closed. Went up to the office and they said it's sent go back to the pharmacist only for them to say it's not there. Go back up stairs and then they said the doctor was informed and will send it.

The doctor is fine. But the technician that tests my ear is very unprofessional. She didn't know how to use the machine and tried to call the vendor customer service in front of me for help. I waited there for like an hour seeing her calling the customer service. And finally still nobody answer the phone and she said never mind I think your ear should be good. Nothing to worry about!! And I still have a pain in the ear the next day. Going to find another doctor tomorrow. Wasted time and money...

I love this office, Dr Huo did surgery on me, so I'm cancer free now, he and his office staffs are always very helpful and patient with me. This office always try to give me the appointment within a week, sometimes even same day appointment if it's urgent. Because he's such good doctor, sometimes their office is very busy, so I totally understand that when I'm in his office I need to wait. the bottom line is, this office is great, I have so many family and friends went to him and feel the same.

I like this office, very clean and professional. there was no wait after I fill out all the paper work. Front desk are very sweet and physician are very nice. I will recommend all my friend and families

First of all he saved my life. I've always had throat problems and finally found out it was a cyst in my throat. It was really big. Anyway dr huo scheduled surgery last September and a couple days later found a tumor on the left side of my throat. I had another surgery to remove that. He was very patient and understanding and from the first time I met him genuinely worried about my well being. I was 31 years old when I had this surgery done and I will forever be grateful to him.

When I went to doctor Huo's office, I asked staff May for my blood draw report, she was very impatient. She complained to the other front desk staff that I was wasting her time and I was a freak...... Then I found out that people who came after me were called in to see the doctor. I was not called about 1.5 hours, and I was the only one left in the waiting room. It showed clearly that May attempted to use her power to give me a hard time. There is no professionalism in the front office.
