Had a 4:15 virtual visits. I was told I would receive an email with instructions and never received an email, text message or phone call just spent an hour waiting. can not speak to a human. Tried several different phone numbers to get a human. Simple YOUR FIRED and Carondelet will never get any of my families Medical Business.

I was impressed by my visit with Dr. Steck. He explained my diagnosis thoroughly. Recommended physical therapy for my problem . Hopefully in 4 weeks I’ll walk pain free . The staff is great here. I have also had hand surgery & knee surgery from the doctors at this office. Two thumbs up .

Dr Steck is a caring, competent professional with a high level of expertise and experience. I am thankful to have met him and feel I received the best-of-the-best care and a successful surgical outcome.

Dr. Steck is a phenomenal doctor. He’s highly recommended by myself and many other patients whom I’ve encountered over these last 4 years. Very professional. If you or you’re loved one has had an ankle injury this is the Dr. you want taking care of it.

Excellent physician and compassionate and caring.

All the personnel are extremely nice and helpful. Dr Steck took his time and explained everything.

Dr Steck and his amazing staff continue to be very professional. The office is clean and welcoming. They are on time and Dr Steck is amazing!

Literally the best doctor I could have had. He performed an ankle replacement on my grandpa who had amazing results and felt very taken care of. He then ended up performing a tendon repair on myself...the surgery went perfect and the aftercare was even better. I had a lot of complications during recovery and Dr. Steck was there for it all and made sure I was taken care of. I recently had to go back for another broken ankle and Dr. Steck got me in next day. Dr Steck is an amazing surgeon. He gave me a a total ankle replacement using the Wright Infinity Implant in December 2021. I waited about to hours for my scheduled video appointment, after waiting I called the office and asked why I was still waiting. I was told he was still with his last patient and that he would call when he finished. I still waited another half hour only to be told that he left for emergency surgery. I understand that he is always on call. However, when they send you a link for a video appointment and you are left waiting and waiting, there should be some communication between the patient and office when the Doctor is running behind! My annual visit to check on the status of my ankle replacement surgery in 2016. All is still going well. The entire staff is very professional, polite and friendly. My exam was thorough and informative. Dr Steck is the only orthopedic surgeon I would recommend for ankle replacement surgery. Period.

I was a little leery and embarrassed at first because you couldn't see my pain but the doctor was great hopefully he's gotten to the bottom of a problem I've had for a long time I thought he was wonderful I left his office feeling hopeful and encouraged.

Dr. Steck is nice and so is his staff. But it felt like Dr. Steck was not used to having to explain the more mundane details of how this condition would alter day-to-day activity. Maybe he was tired. I found out hindsight that he failed to suggest a surgery that he is listed performing. I would have liked to talk to him about that during my long awaited appointment. The Carondelet medical center, and Dr. Steck’s office feels less like a place to receive compassionate care and more like a meat factory shoving as many clients through the line as possible. I wanted 9 months to see them and when I got there I waited 1.5 hours passed my appointment to be seen. I’m disappointed and discouraged. I just want to have all the info and know that I’m being wholly considered when I get my seat at the table. Thanks for the fist bump and kind smile Dr. Steck, but it wasn’t enough. 11 years ago I had a roll over car accident and fractured my tib/ fib in 5 places, tore all ligaments & tendons in my ankle. I saw a fancy orthopedic surgeon and had 2 surgeries (first & then a redo), and then discovered I needed another redo. Dr. Steck is the only dr that listened to me and actually took the time to evaluate my ankle pain after surgery #2. He ended doing a repair, then a hardware removal & debriedment. My last surgery was 7 years ago and I am still living 98% pain free and am still so very very happy with my results. THANK YOU for taking care of me. I have the best doctor... Dr. Steck.. He cares about my injury and has done everything to help me.. He is replacing my ankle and I would NOT want any other doctor to do the surgery but him. Dr. Steck is very caring and knowledgeable professional . I have been seeing him for severe arthritis in my ankle and he has helped me so I have stayed very active and experience a minimal amount of pain . I highly recommend him for your joint issues .

I've been seeing Dr.Steck for a few years. I had total ankle replacements in both ankles because of severe arthritis. Got checked in quickly and did not have to wait long to see Dr. Steck, even though the computers were down As usual, Dr Steck was friendly. professional and helpful.
