Dr Wang and his team are the best in their field! Dr Wang spends time with his patients and is not a Dr that is quick to operate. If surgery is needed he is the surgeon you want to do the surgery. Needing some relief from severe pain and numbness in my lower back and legs I went to Dr Wang. He was my 3rd opinion and I wanted to not go into this decision lightly after having a bad surgical experience back in 2013 (with a Dr in Ca). I had already tried all other methods of treatment and surgery was my last resort. I can’t express how pleased I am with Dr Wang and his entire team. He was able to remove all the existing hardware in my lower back, replace a disc and fuse one more vertebrae. This was a complex surgery. I am very pleased with Dr. Wang and his PA Alex. I was miserable after my spine became unstable, however I resisted surgery. Dr. Wang was extremely informative and patient with me. I took 9 months and lots of therapy to decide. The results were much better than I had imagined based on all the stories I have heard. For years I have been troubled by lower back pain. I have had numerous rounds of injections, physical therapy, and had taken a holistic approach as well. Around August of 2021 I was in so much pain that it had taken over my life. I was having trouble doing my job, and unable to do the things in my life that brought me joy. After meeting with Dr. Wang I felt confident in his ability to move forward with a surgical procedure. He explained everything precisely and answered all of my questions. I decided to move forward with the surgical procedure in December of 2021. I had 2 fusions done in my lower lumbar. I recently had a surgical procedure performed by Dr. Wang. The entire team made it a smooth experience, from the first appointment to the post-operative consultation. They are top notch. As to the surgery itself, it was thoroughly explained and flawlessly performed by Dr. Wang. I had anterior cervical diskectomy and fusion of C3-C7, which is a 4 hour procedure. The recovery was quick and comfortable, and I have never felt better. The nurses in the recovery ward were complimentary about the incision site, saying it was clearly the work of a skilled surgeon. I have to say, I had a wonderful experience. I went to Dr Wang for several months with numbness in my left leg, back pain, just a lot of pain on my left side. Tried Physical therapy and Pain Management, still with no results. But after working with Dr Wang and PA Wilson, found some issues in my neck. Had surgery on August 19th. I feel a whole lot better. Mind you, I am still recovering, but currently there's no pain. I am able to walk without any assistance. I would highly recommend these 2 for your care. I met Dr. Wang at the suggestion of my Primary Health Physician, and after having taken X-rays and an MRI. I had been battling spinal stenosis for more than a decade and the pain from resultant sciatica down my left leg was beginning to really affect my life. When visiting Dr.Wang, he talked to me about nerve damage after a long time of stress and suggested the possibility of surgery to relieve the pain on my nerves. At first, the option of surgery was difficult for me to contemplate; but after the pain continued to get worse, I returned for consultation with Dr. Wang. He was very detailed in his explanation of what the surgery would involve, and left the decision with me. After my husband and I did some research, we decided to go ahead with the surgery. It was amazing! I am so grateful for the expertise of Dr. Jeremy Wang and for his kindness and personal interaction with us. After the surgery, I hardly experienced any pain,. Though medication was prescribed, I felt increasingly better day by day, and didn’t even have to take the full recommended amount. What an awesome experience. The whole staff at Dr. Wang's office is so kind and caring! I had a very positive experience with lumbar surgery in late May and am well on the road to being back to my normal life. Great care, compassion and outstanding medical care. I recommend this practice highly!

Dr Wang did my L4-5 discectomy 10 years ago. It was an emergency surgery couldn’t feel my lower half. He was great. Did an awesome job and has a great bedside manner. Still can’t feel much of my left leg but considering, I think everything’s great.

Dr. Jeremy Wang is an impeccable doctor. Dr. Wang performed a lumbar fusion on my back in 2018. My back/lumbar was in horrible condition as an electrician. I could not perform simple task. This very serious surgery was the right decision with the correct doctor. In researching a doctor, he is all that expected and  prayed for. When I called, he responded quick after hours. Good bedside manners, a range of medical skills, he takes pride in his work and patients. Mostly, the lumbar back surgery made me stronger with no more symptoms. I am so thankful to find Dr. Wang. My hands and arms were going numb and I was frightened. He's a good listener and heard my concerns. After several test it became clear that my neck area was the problem. He did a procedure on me called ACDF which is a neck fusion. I healed quickly and feel so much better now. We are very lucky to have this skilled neurosurgeon nearby. His office location is great for our NASA, Clear Lake area.

After seeing 3 orthopedic doctors last year and telling all of them of my symptoms and getting nowhere, I was finally able to get the last one to order an MRI of my lower back. He never discussed the results with me but just wanted to give me a steroid shot. I took the MRI to Dr. Wang and described my symptoms. He suggested an MRI and x-rays of my hip before going any further with my back problem. Bingo! Finally got an answer -- torn cartilage in my right hip and a good-sized cyst. He said I needed an orthopedic surgeon. I went to one and he said he could repair the tear, but recommended a hip replacement as the arthritis is severe. He did say at least 3 times that Dr. Wang really did me a favor. I agree. Thanks to Dr. Wang really listening to my symptoms and getting the MRI of my hip, I now know what the big problem is and what my options are. Dr. Wang is awesome!

Dr. Wang is simply a great doctor. He takes his time explaining clearly what i had and what were my options. He has great bedside manners. My surgery was flawless and my recovery went very well.

Dr. Wang was very knowledgeable and gave information in a common way of speaking to me and I am in debt to him for my remaining years on this earth. I dealt with lower back pain for over 20 years. And I am now working with no limitations at all, I'm able to wake up without pain for the first time in 20 years, And go to the gym everyday for a 45 minute to a hour workout at least 5 times a week. Spoke to a woman by rhe name of Angela the supervisor. Denied my referral from my PCP due to a car accident. So concerned about my car insurance and so forth told me I "could pay cash". Since when does Those that have good health insurance pay cash for a specialty Physician. I would have to provide a letter from my car insurance stating I wasn't getting paid for injuries. This is beyond not ok. Not everyone tries to get over on the medical system. I am honestly hurt and was referred to Dr Wang for further medical attention. I am a Army Veteran and mother of 3. I have had several surgeries 1 from Dr Westmark a emergency one as Dr Wang was on his honeymoon.They both are very caring and listen to what you say .I would definitely recommend both of these Drs to anyone with neroulogocal problems.

I had a spinal fusion a few years ago and just had a fusion in my neck two weeks ago. Dr Jeremy Wang and his staff did a remarkable job both surgeries. I only had to wear my neck brace for two weeks. Dr. Wang and his PA Nick bot have the best bedside manners. I highly recommend him.

Two years ago he did my L4-5 discectomy and I’m doing really good. Back to normal and hitting the gym after 4-5 months. Then 6 months ago I started with neck spasms and after failed PTs, an MRI confirmed an herniated disc at C6-7. Decided for total disc replacement instead of cervical fusion. The day after the surgery I was pain free, without tingling down my arms or neck/shoulder pain. Today is day #15 after the disc replacement and I feel like myself again. The office staff is incompetent. Don't return calls. The whole set up is infuriating. Ended up in the ER with acute post op pain. He didn't return page for help. Would never recommend him.Better be ok with getting minimal care with post op pain. Poor basic patient care.

My neurologist referred me to Dr. Wang after finding 2 bulging disks in my neck. Dr. Wang was professional, compassionate and caring. I felt at ease with him and when it came time for my surgery; I felt confident with Dr. Wang. Once the surgery was completed, it was the answer to my prayers. Dr Wang was referred to me by my chiropractor. The wait time is the only concern about this office. However, what I learned about the wait time was the Dr. was actually reviewing all records (xray, MRI, reports, etc) prior to consulting with the patient. Dr. Wang answered all of my questions and explained everything completely. I never left the office with any unanswered questions. The surgery was perfect and well done. No post surgery complications.

Had a cervical fusion done. Was supposed to be in and out in 1 to 2 days. Was in the hospital 13 days. Im worse than before the surgery. My legs just Shut off now and I fall straight to the floor, I have trouble swallowing and and I urinate to the left from the catheter. I also had to have a feeding tube after the surgery because all my food was going into my lungs. Just received the Hospital portion of the bill. $319,417.01

Doctor Wang was refered to me by my Orthopaedic Surgeon. The best thing that happened to me ! The profesional level of Dr. Wang towards me was amazing . When time came for my surgery I was at ease knowing that I was in good hands with Dr. Wang. His staff at the office and all the nurses and other doctors that assisted Dr. Wang were amazing also. I was very happy with Dr. Wang. He took time to answer my questions and reduced my concerns prior to surgery. I knew upon meeting with him that I was in very competent hands. He made the process of getting a spinal fusion a lot easier. He also guided my expectations and I am doing a lot better.

I was having daily back pain that started to extend down my right leg. Dr. Jeremy Wang performed a Laminectomy in May of 2017 on the Lumbar region of my back. He was easy to talk to, listened well and communicated his plan clearly. Consequently, I went into the surgery feeling completely relaxed and confident. The surgery lasted less than an hour and a half and the results were excellent. At this point, I have virtually no back pain. Dr Wang did an awesome job with my spinal infusion surgery. Recovery was even shorter then the previous opinion we were given. I will say the office is sometimes lacking in calling you back and getting you in for an appt but there could of been circumstances I wasn’t aware of

They have no patient care, My husband had minor day surgery and was having bad headaches all night and the next day. We called the office all day trying to get information on what to do we even called the after hours and ask that the Dr. on call would phone to let him know if the pain would pass or should he go to the ER. NO CALL I would think twice before I saw someone that uncaring about there patients.

I was in almost constant pain in both legs when I went to Dr Wang. He quickly diagnosed the problem and preformed surgery after which I was pain free. I’m convinced Dr Wang is a miracle worker

Dr. Wang is AWESOME!! Great bedside manner! He did my 3rd back surgery and corrected my previous fusion and also did another fusion. He did corrections plus more in half of the time of my last surgery (which lasted 8 hours way to long from a previous surgeon) I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Wang!! I met him once and knew he was the one! I cannot thank him enough for his great skills and up to par on new technology! He is and always will be my surgeon!!

I have had back problems for the past 25 years. I'm 77 now. You might think that at my age there's no hope for a cure for my hurting back, right? WRONG! I decided to try one more time because Dr. Wang told me he thought he could first, straighten up my back. (I was bent at almost a 90 degree angle) and second, relieve most of my pain. SO, I underwent my 5th back surgery last January (2016) at the hands of Dr. Wang. Doctor Jeremy C. Wang is an absolutely wonderful Neurosurgeon. I loved his compassionate and caring bedside manner. He is also one of the most brilliant doctors that I have ever met, and been under the care of. He has literally saved my life, more than once. He has been my hero many times over, as my spine began rupturing, and causing more pain than the human body can experience. I trust him with my life and even referred my family members to him. I truly love this man!

As an ER physician and athlete, I was anxious to find a conservative surgeon to handle a three-level cervical disc issue with a single-level disc rupture. By the time I saw Dr. Wang, it was urgent--I had deteriorated from competitive athlete one week to barely able to walk the next. I awoke from surgery pain-free and already stronger. Dr. Wang was confident, decisive, and an all-around phenomenal surgeon.

Dr. Wang and Dr. Mata are excellent. Both are by education, training, and practice highly competent surgeons. And to top it off they are very personable. They explain anything and everything you ask in everyday terms or as technical as you want, they never have one foot out the door while you ask follow up questions, and they have very keen senses of humor. My best doctor visits and surgery ever! The staff have no bad "attitudes". They're friendly and efficient. Plus they answer the phone.

Dr. Wang has a genuinely warm and caring attitude. It was the most time I had ever spent with a Dr. I never felt rushed. Dr. wang listened to my questions and concerns and developed a plan to have me reach my goals. This Dr. REALLY does care about his patients. I had a Lumbar laminectomy yesterday and today the pain on my sciatic nerve is totally gone. Now, I have to remember to take it easy.

Dr. Wang is an excellent surgeon. I am 2 weeks post ACDF, and my symptoms are much improved. He listens, takes great notes and follows up with wonderful care. I highly recommend him to anyone needing neck surgery.

Had neck surgery in the past by Dr Wang very successful. Went back to see his PA after MRI revealed very bad news in mid January. Ordered more testing, took 3 weeks to get back in to see PA 02/05. Said I needed surgery. Today is 02/22 have yet to see WANG. Wait in lobby for 1.5 hrs. In severe pain and asked to speak with WANG 3 times instead PA calls without zero compassion and says she can't do anything. Again asked to have WANG call me. Nope nothing. No surgery or WANG NEARLY 2 months.
