Called to see if they accepted my insurance she said NO WELL I ASK WOULD YOU BE WILLING TO DO A PRIOR AUTHORIZATION SHE SAID NO AND HUNG UP

Our family had a very horrible experience. He just took insurance and never did what he was paid to do.

I saw Dr Roebuck today to find out what’s the problem of my throat. But I was surprised when he made a comment “so you’ve been going around to see doctors”. What a judgement to put on the patient that he doesn’t know and have not seen before. He didn’t read the dates of when this happened. If he did he might have thought otherwise before he opened his mouth, but it’s not unusual that some doctors were not groomed proper growing up. I have the right to seek further medical inquiry because I was already misdiagnosed by a radiologist at Baptist. And now I choose to be seen here in Beaumont so I don’t have to go to Houston but after all these I definitely will not consult another doctor here. Excellent office and staff

I am now having surgery on my ear. Cholesteatoma growing and has grown into the balance canal. He has missed this for the last 5 years. Went to an ENT in Lafayette and found it on the 1st visit

Dr. Roebuck is one of the best physicians I know. He really cares about his patients and takes time with them. I would definitely recommend him to anyone, in fact two of my granddaughters use him because of my recommendation.

Very understanding, professional, and caring. Him and his staff are awesome. Went there one time and he made me feel very comfortable. He understood my pain and frustration from the beginning, including his nurse.

Dr.Roebuck rocks!!! All our visits and surgery with him have been highly professional! His nurses are awesome!!

Dr. Roebuck is amazing! He did sinuplasty operations on me and my husband! Wow! What a tremendous difference. I highly recommend him for adults or children! Best ENT doctor!

Dr. Roebuck is the BEST Dr I have ever seen so far!! This man is amazing!!! And his bedside manner is unbelievable! If I were you I'd get him to be your ENT Dr asap or change your ENT Dr to him now!!

Had a appointment with Dr Roebuck this week. I was totally disappointed in his professionalism. I felt he never listened to what I was trying to explain to him. I have a symptom that occurs every day as I explained to him, all he could say was if it happens again come back... Then cut his staff down in front of us but definitely was tooting his own horn how smart he is. Would never go back to this man.
