Bad place to go. They kick you out. The customer service treat you really bad. They are not nice to no body.

AWFUL customer service lady at the front desk treats badly I left after saw that never will come in and I've liv3d here for 4 years this was my second visit and last definitely will tell others to not go here when many better places are nearby

Went in for heel pain, was checked and given a heel cup. Foot feels great. Pleasant office with some great photos that Dr. Kriger took!!

I have been going to Dr. Kriger for a couple of years and I have always had a pleasant experience. From the moment you walk-in and are greeted by Jean to the time you have Dr. Kriger attend you. I have had all my foot issues treated by Dr. Kriger with 100% results.

I’ve been to a few foot dr’s over the years about my Morton’s neuroma, once I found Dr K my dr hopping ended. He’s great. I’ve been to his office 3-4 times over the past 6 years and the front desk has also been A++. I read some of the comments about the front desk and it shocked me, my experience has been exactly the opposite. I’d visit Dr. K even if nurse Ratchet worked the front desk. I have been to Dr.Kriger 3 times for him to take care of my horrible ingrown toenails and he is the best!! He is so gentle and numbs it enough so I didn't feel any pain. I would recommend Dr.Kriger to anyone with ingrown toenails that have pain because he will take care of you! Jean at the front desk is always nice to me! She calls to remind you of your appointment and when you go in she takes care of everything! Just a wonderful office ???? Dr. Kriger is a compassionate and caring physician who immediately diagnosed my family's excruciating foot pain and recommended a comprehensive cure. His approach to both my fiancee's and mine chronic plantar and sole problems was extremely professional and personable. Foot problems can be debilitating and I strongly recommend Dr. Kriger as a trusted podiatrist. Jean is also very attentive and will expertly take care of all the billing and scheduling.

My name is Bob Clarke and I stepped on something that went into my foot (deep). I tolerated the pain for a few days then I called Dr. Kriger. Jean told me that the office was closed that day as Dr. Kriger just came back in town from a business trip. Instead of making me wait, she said that Dr. Kriger would see me even though he wasn't open to clients. I went in and the Doctor removed a splinter that was deep in my foot. Thanks Jean and Dr. Kriger for your care even on your day off. He removed the splinter in my foot and now I don't have to worry about an infection forming in my foot, especially since I have diabetes.

Dr. Kriger has directed both my husband and I to better foot care. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Kriger is the Best!! He took time out to speak with me and understanding my pain. I walked into his office not knowing what to expect but I walked out with a smile and the procedure was painless. Thank you Dr. Kriger. My foot feels so much better. Great customer service!!!

I came here because my other podiatrist failed to help me and Dr.Kriger helped me and now my toes feel great

Dr. Kriger is the man! He sells these special inserts that nobody else has, and they've completely saved my feet. These inserts are better than the expensive custom ones some doctors try to talk you into. And they last a pretty long time. I used them in my soccer cleats and play 4-5x every week and they lasted 6 months! Love this office and how knowledgeable Dr. Kriger is. Highly recommend Dr. Kriger is the man! My son received excellent care from Dr. Kriger for a recent toe problem. I'm so glad I took him here as he helped us solve a problem without surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Kriger and thank his staff for their kindness and efficiency. We will return if we have future needs.

went here for a removal of an ingrown toenail, tried to haggle with me on coming twice to get my toe looked at. Employee's do not like working there and horrible customer service. Did my toe, 5 months later its back. do not got here. i have gotten 4 of them done and this place is the worst i have ever been to. never going back again.

Do not go here!!! Worst customer service ever!! Jean the "receptionist" is as incompetent as they come! She's rude and unprofessional. Claimed she "owned" the practice but still couldn't accept an emailed insurance card from my insurance company. Claimed she never got the email even though I offered to show her on my phone that it went through.... Complete waste of my time. Not only did my son miss school but i had to take off. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. There are plenty of other places to go to with good reputable doctors... do yourself a favor and go there. I gave them 1 star because there is nothing less.... I didnt really have a problem with Dr. Kriger, however, now years later I am having collections call me about charges that I was never billed for. Upon questioning the front office (Jean), I was told that I was sent bills, which is completely untrue. My address has not changed, and I was not sent a bill. I have never had any problems paying medical bills in the past, EVER! I am almost positive that my payments were made at the time of my visits to Dr. Kriger. I could be mistaken, but I remember paying my co-payment before even being seen by Dr. Kriger. Terrible customer service, and no help whatsoever. I have been going to Dr.Kriger for about 3 years now. He has helped my family with various issues and not once have we had any complaints! They always made my family and I feel welcome and cared for, unlike many other practices in this area. They showed personal interest and care for us and always greeted with a smile. This is the worst place to go!! Do not go to this doctor for any foot care. Terrible bedside manner.

I have a problem even giving them one star. I waited over two hrs. When I told the Dr. that I had trouble walking ,he said "Why do you need to walk?" they xrayed my feet. they still use old fashioned film that must be chemically developed. The final solution, he offered a pair of arch supports that cost $90.00 When I didn't buy them I was told to loose weight. I can't believe my family Dr. recommended this place. Bad place to go. They just want your money. They don't care about your health. Waist of time. The front lady (Jean) is so rude racist and disrespectful. Don't visit this place. Money is all they care about. This is the worse foot and ankle clinic. Some one should close this place. Bad bad bad.

Worst customer service! Took my baby their, they torture her!! Now I'm taking her to another doctor that is going to preform surgery because they just made what ever she had worst! The worst customer service I have ever seen from a doctor's office. They focus on making money rather than caring about patience. My insurance company claims that I owe only $6.15 . I told Dr. Kriger's office that processing insurance claims takes time, but they threatened me to go to collection because I was over 30 days late in payment. I had to overpay $240 and $10 late fee. I will never ever go to this office again and I do not recommend to anybody. The worst customer service I have ever seen from a doctor's office. Dr. Kriger seems nice enough and has been in practice for a very long time; however, I'm still having a hard time justifying $200 for what amounts to a pedicure and lotion. Fungus on one toenail. He filed the toenail with a rotary tool, shaved off a callus with a scapel and said, "There, that looks much better. Not too bad." The lotion was to soften the skin and does not contain a fungicide. Unfortunately, the calluses will come back in time and the fungus is still alive. I'm disappointed because I expected more from a seasoned doctor that was highly rated everywhere I looked. I'm not saying don't go here, but be an informed consumer. I had great experience at Dr. Kriger's office! He's very nice and down to earth! In addition very good at what he does. He looked at my foot and was able to let me know exactly what was wrong with it and fixed me up after being tossed around at different offices! Also the front seat and assistant very very friendly and helpful

I had to pay three co-pays twice (3 x $20) because *they* lost the records of me paying them. Instead of doing the right thing and trusting me that I paid them, they threatened to send the debt to collections so I had to pay them again. I'll never go back there. Absolutely no customer service.
