I have searched for care since I suffered a stroke & 5 years later I have found Dr.Jenny Lai. I can't begin to praise her & her staff enough! If you have been struggling to find a doctor who understands what you are going through-she & her team are it. Her kindness & compassion glow like a light & it is seen in her staff as well. Everyone is so uplifting and positive you couldn't ask for a better atmosphere to be in during your recovery! If you are struggling to be understood in your recovery please don't hesitate to schedule an appointment with them, I can only imagine how much further along I would be if I had found her sooner! I have searched for care since I suffered a stroke & 5 years later I have found Dr.Jenny Lai. I can't begin to praise her & her staff enough! If you have been struggling to find a doctor who understands what you are going through-she & her team are it. Her kindness & compassion glow like a light & it is seen in her staff as well. Everyone is so uplifting and positive you couldn't ask for a better atmosphere to be in during your recovery! I have been a patient of Dr Lai's for 8 years. Dr Lai and her staff are compassionate, knowledgeable, professional, courteous and always helpful. Appointments are thorough and any/all questions are answered/addressed. If I need to call between appointments, responses/call backs are timely. Dr. Jenny Lai is kind, very knowledgeable of her job. She talks to you not at you and give you options about your treatment.

Dr Lai answers questions & takes her time with patients. I've been a patient of hers for 5 years now.

Dr lai is very kind and gentle. My Nero toxin shots can be very painful. She makes sure that I a m ready before moving on to other are to inject. She answers all questions and ensures that your voice is heard and that you clearly understand. She also actively in clues you in your treatment 0plan

EXCELLENT MD

Love Dr Lai however her office imposed a drug test that was not covered by my insurance. I was assured when the processes started that I would not have to pay beyond what insurance covered for the tests. Seems they over spoke and I have been fighting the lab months about a $362 in charges that I was not to incur for this unnecessary testing. Again Love Dr Lai but, can’t trust how the office works.

She was useless. I had peripheral neuropathy diagnosis and went to her for treatment and to find out why I have trouble walking, balance problems and I fall, before I rush into orthopedic surgery. Because I had seen a Methodist orthopedic surgeon, she would only say to me to see the surgeon although she knew the surgeon's only interest was surgery, not finding out what is wrong. Surgery definitely will not cure my problem, but she didn't want to find out what was wrong either.

Awesome doctor!! She has helped my husband with a lot of his MS issues. Can't begin to say enough good about her and all the doctors that she has recommended for him.

I really liked this doctor until I was administered a drug test in her office that I was told by the technician I would not be charged for. Imagine my surprise when the bill was around $6500!!!!! Funny thing is, I think I received the test because the doctor assumed I wanted a pain med refill. I was just there for a follow up appointment and generally go years before needing a pain med refill. Her office did not take my complaint seriously. Will not return.
