We love doctor valar Kama but the office is absolutely horrible to deal with. However I am giving this a 3 star because of doctor valar and also because our last visit the nurse was amazing.. and this was a different nurse than usual…. the office staff was still horrible but doctor valar and the nurse were great. I know there are some spelling errors in doctor verlar's name is spelled wrong. Unfortunately I can't go back and correct it. This place is disgusting. Don’t go here, you’re wasting your time.

Refusing services because my friend mentioned they were lesbian and she said she doesn’t like that and will not be helping her with their cysts.

Terrible at answering phones. I’ve attempted multiple times in an effort not to have to make the hour and a half drive to pick up a piece of paper.. I will be finding another endo for my daughter.

This doctor is very unprofessional. She refuses to give thorough medical treatment to her lgbtq patients which is unethical and does not support the oath she took when she became a doctor.

Love Dr. Villar - she has been fantastic to work with and I would give her 5 stars. The office is horribly organized and nearly impossible to work with. Wrong transfers, holds for an hour, incorrect scheduling. An actual nightmare to deal with. If there were more options in Orlando, I would go elsewhere just because of the horrible service. Fantastic doctor! Very caring and attentive to our concerns about our daughter's health care. This is our 3rd year with Dr. Villar and we have absolutely no complaints about her or her staff.

I absolutely love Dr. Villar and everyone in her office. Super personable and helpful. They listen to my concerns and treat them as a priority.

Our son came into Dr. Villar’s office for his Stem test. It ended up taking two visits due to him having rolling veins and not being hydrated enough. The first visit we were greeted by the one and only Sheila, Rebecca and Theresa. They spent hours working to catch those veins. These ladies were efficient, patient, kind and loving to our son. They did everything they could that first visit, however, we were going to need to schedule a second visit. They recommended lots of extra water for the next week and a half. When we came back in for the second appointment, we were once again greeted by Sheila, who was so encouraging with her words. Marjorie and Michelle got to join in on all the excitement by trying to capture those veins and it worked. We cannot say enough wonderful things about these truly Amazing, Incredible, Beautiful ladies. Each and everyone of them are a true asset to this office. We already think the world of Dr. Villar and now her office staff. If you are looking for an office staff that will treat your children like family, we highly recommend this office. Simply incredible.

Dr. Villar is the best Endocrinologist that I have had since being diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. The way that she portrays herself allows you to know not only how smart she is, but how confident she is when making a decision. She truly cares about the patients, the progress that they are making and will go above and beyond to make sure you are doing well. I cannot stress how wonderful of a doctor she is. I recommend her 100%!

Great with kids. Very thorough examination for both my boys. Couldn’t be happier with her care. They are both getting great results with their treatment. No problems with billing either.

Dr Villar and her staff are wonderful. They have gone above and beyond in their care of my daughter. They are very responsive, kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. VIllar. The wait time in exam room, at time, can be long, but it is worth it to get the one on one attention and level of care we receive.
